A great experience, we took the 75 minute trolley and learned so much about Mr. Hershey and what a wonderful man he was. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and great personality. We also took a ride within the store depicting how candy is made. I have to use a walker, the staff were so gracious, had me sit in a wheelchair and guided me onto a special seat. A young man, Kadesh (sp?) was so helpful and funny, just made my day. Also, very courteous towards my husband. So much chocolate! Then we went over to the restaurant, The Chocolatier. Well worth the trip.

"Great stop for the children/parent (s), but as an older adults I would do the trolley tour ($)"

This is a fun place for kids and their parents. As being an older couple without our children/grandchildren it seemed to be a little less thrilling as it would have been had we been with them. The one thing we did which is the “Trolley Tour” it was a 10 out of 10, the staff was great and funny and had us laughing all the way thru the tour. We did do the “Make Your Own Candy Bar” which was interesting, but for a child it would have been super exciting to see it done. The “Hershey Unwrapped” seems to be more geared to kids so it wasn’t that exciting.

We did the build your own candy bar and it was so fun even being the only adults. It was was so more in depth than what we expected the experience to be. It was really fun. I did buy 2 tickets to the peanut butter cup experience thinking it would be the same as the candy bar experience, but only one ticket is needed if you are a couple. No need for all that addition peanut butter cup. Overall the store was awesome and the experience and fresh exposure to the chocolate world was awesome.

This place is amazing! Huge! Anything Hershey that you can imagine...shirts, magnets, mugs, blankets, stuffed animals, games, etc etc....it's just so nice. There is a FREE chocolate tour where you ride in cars that was fun! Some other things you can do like make a candy bar etc are not free. We didn't do those. We had a lot of fun!! Free parking for first 3 hours then $60 so watch your time! It's located right before Hersheypark entrance. Lots of great photo ops.
