Grand Hotel Kissimmee in Kissimmee, FL

Okay hotel but you can tell the facilities are getting old, bit grubby and battered. There's a few signs that the hotel is tierd like, external grey panneling missing, lights in the rooms where rusty in places, rust around the fire sprinklers, mismatch of paint and wall paper in the corridors espacilly on level 2. It seems the hotel is running on a tight matinance budget as nothing seems to get repaired properly. The room smelt musty damp when we first arrived, and towards the end of our stay the bathroom started to gather patches of mould on the celing due to poor ventilation. There is only one window in the room which is fixed glass and you're unable to open it. The cleaning service wasn't very consistent either. Across the stay we had five days where the room wasn't cleaned. When it was cleaned we had fresh bedding and towles. Bring your own shower gel as they only provide small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and a small bar of soap by the sink. The breakfast was really basic and repetitive. On offer on our stay was two types of cereal (Fruit loops & plain Cornflakes), Waffles, Beaten Eggs, Saugage Meat, Strawberry Yougurt (No other flavours), Bannana's, Apples, White Bread (by toasters and butter & Jam jelly), Coffee, Fruit Juice, and Water. The plates and cups where polystyrene, and it was plastic forks, knifes, and spoons. Overall the rooms where relatively clean, staff where polite, and it was fairly quiet at night. We did have a few nights when the corridors where loud with people running up and down them and screaming and shouting.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel in Kissimmee. Lorna and Sara were absolutely exceptional—offering brilliant service from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially as I’m disabled, which made a huge difference to my comfort and experience. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you both for making my stay so enjoyable!

The Grand Hotel Kissimmee was a great place to stay. They were very professional and helpful. They are located close to all the parks. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We were able to sleep in one morning. The free breakfast was a nice touch and very convenient. The price was very affordable for what we got. I would stay here again and recommend it.

When I book this hotel I saw photos of a clean resort with palm trees and updated rooms. Ya.. no. This was not the worst but definitely not the best. The lobby is super dengy with covid plastic still up for the front desk staff, I felt like I was in a bad area of a city in a crappy gas station. The lobby also had chipping paint. The floors were bubbling and did not have the best smell. Our room was just okay. This is not the resort they advertised. We also struggled finding good dinner choices near by.

My stay at Grand Hotel Kissimmee was good and I enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were comfortable and it had a nice pool. The breakfast was also enjoyable.I would recommend to friends for future stay and I would come back here as well
