I researched this company from New Zealand to find a tour that would work for us. It’s a long day but we had the best experience and time could wish to have, the bus was lovely and the company supplied lunch and snacks and water. Let the fun begin we had a fabulous tour leader called Rene and Jorge the driver who at all times we felt very safe. Rene is the best tour guide we have had on any tour, if you do the tour do the walk with with the tour guide. We loved the commentary and the stories we heard about the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas. In all tired but so rewarding, if you get a chance don’t try and drive yourself do it and relax and enjoy on road commentary and fun. Thanks for a memorable and great day will sleep like a baby but have plenty of memories. Great company

We took the Grand Canyon West Rim multi Stop tour from Vegas. Comfortable motor coach, great snacks and very friendly tour guide GIA made our time great. The views of Hoover Dam awesome. We added the helicopter ride and boat on Colorado River which where just great!!! Smooth flight with Breathtaking views, from the top of the Canyon to the bottom, best tour ever Worth the extra money. The helicopter and boat ride took longer than expected, so didn’t have time to go on the skywalk or Guano Point.

Unfortunately this was a horrible non-experience, my son and I flew out to Vegas specifically to do this tour along with a few others . Their bus was supposed to pick us up from our hotel first thing in the morning. After calling to make sure we were at the correct pick up we were told that the tour was canceled!!!! No one ever contacted us by phone email text or anything 😱😢. The person I spoke to about it was extremely rude and her solution was just to do it another day. Well, you don’t have another day to do it because we don’t live in Vegas and were booked for the next couple of days. At this point I just requested a full refund which they told me would take 10 business days !!!! Although I bought two tickets for the tour after 10 days pass they only refunded me for one and told me I could use the other voucher for the future 😡😡😡. What a disappointing disaster !!! Never ever ever again .. Communication is everything .

Before booking the trip we looked over every review both good and bad and decided to go with the grand canyon south rim tour and the zion and bryce tour for our trip. The drivers and staff were absolutely fantastic and beyond informative. John was hilarious and one of the best tour guides we have ever had. Gary was amazing as well! I wouldnt go with another company if someone paid me!! If youre thinking about going on a trip with this company i would without a doubt recommend it. We had the time of our lives and its all thanks to grand canyon destinations
