Guests will board the carriages and depart from 700 Decatur Street in front of Jackson Square.
The tour is approximately an hour long.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tour time. Check in with the Royal Carriages Supervisor who will place you on the correct carriage. Please note that boarding may take up to 20 minutes on all tours.

Carriages have roofs, so tours run rain or shine. However, for severe weather (strong winds, significant thunder and lightning), Royal Carriages may suspend operations and notify you in advance. If suspended, you can reschedule, cancel for a full refund, or receive a gift certificate for future use.
