Yes, the maximum per seat weight limit is 250 lbs. Passengers over 250lbs must purchase a Mandatory Comfort Seat to ensure aircraft balance. This seat adds 50% to the standard tour price. If not selected during booking, it will be added at check-in.

Is transportation included in the tour?

No, transportation is not included. However, local pickup and drop-off are available upon advance request for an additional fee.

Do I need to complete any forms before the tour?

Yes. A waiver and credit card authorization form must be submitted at least 48 hours before your tour. Call the operator using the number on your e-ticket to complete them. Missing forms may result in cancellation without refund.

Can I choose a window or door seat?

Window or door seats are not guaranteed. Seating together is also subject to availability.

What happens during inclement weather?

Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to poor weather, required maintenance, FAA-mandated inspections, or Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs). Keen Fly will notify you of any changes as early as possible to minimize disruption. If it is canceled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.

What should I bring?

Bring your credit card and photo ID matching the name on the reservation. Empty pockets are required for the flight.

What items are not allowed on the flight?

For safety reasons, bags, hats, loose accessories, selfie sticks, food, drinks, vapes, cigarettes, drugs, and weapons are not allowed on the flight. Please leave these items behind or secure them before check-in.
