I will not recommend this hotel, as the amount I paid was not worth the price. This hotel has amenities close to the cruise terminal, if proximity to the cruise port is what you are looking for. The hotel amenities themselves were not worth the price I paid.

Total confusion on check in. Staff is unaware and misinformed. We were told no vending or snack shop in hotel but to go to gas station at intersection- wrong lovely sundries shop on 5th floor. Breakfast was to be included in our rate, wrong was charged about $40 more per nite rate and had to pay for breakfast. Very odd hotel that just gouges cruise passengers- stay away. This use to be a great spot w timely shuttle service/ not anymore.

This hotel was fabulous. Rafael at check-in was a pleasure to deal with and made check-in very easy. The restaurant staff, even though we arrived to the hotel near the restaurant closing time was very accommodating and we had a very good meal. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Overall this is a place I would highly recommend for any length of stay.
