My husband and I stayed here before and after our cruise. Mac, the agent who checked us in and out, was very helpful and friendly. He provided a map when we asked about doing some sight-seeing, suggested other places to check out. The room was comfortable. The bed was nice and firm, everything in working order, and the room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again. There are shuttles between the airport and the hotel, and between the hotel and the cruise port.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect very close to the port, airport and convenient for everything I needed. The service was excellent, especially from Mac. Even when he was busy helping many guests, he always kept a smile and patiently answered all my questions. He truly went above and beyond to help me. I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!! MAC at the front desk is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! Best customer service ever!! He should be in charge of hospitality and customer service!! If everyone could treat one another the way MAC treated us, the world would be a much better place!! I forgot to print my cruise luggage tags and forgot to purchase the clear cruise bag tags. MAC offered to assist!! He printed the luggage tags for us and made clear tag holders with tape!! He went above and beyond and single handedly restored my faith in humanity!! I can’t say enough about how his hospitality and customer service was greatly appreciated! There are still amazing people in this world and MAC was the BEST!! Well done MAC!! We stayed here on February 20, 2026, the night before our vacation began, and it was the perfect way to start our trip. Mac at the front desk truly set the tone for our stay. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the hotel amenities, provided us with a list of popular nearby restaurants, and even called a cab for us so we could easily get to dinner. Thanks to his recommendation, we had a fantastic meal and a wonderful evening. Our stay at the hotel was excellent—comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what we needed before continuing our travels. What really stood out was watching how Mac interacted with other guests. Every single person who approached the front desk was greeted with the same great attitude and genuine kindness. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Because of Mac and the great experience we had, we would absolutely stay here again. Five stars all the way!
