Had to listen to the hotel music through the wall of the room from the outside pool all night. Had the best shuttle driver "Mundo" I've seen. He was great with handling an old man safely when he loaded and unloaded him.

I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express, and a big reason for that was Mac. From the moment I arrived, his energy and personality stood out in the best way. He was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. Mac answered all of my questions without rushing, made sure I had everything I needed, and honestly went above and beyond what you’d expect. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in making guests feel taken care of. If you’re staying here and get the chance to interact with Mac, you’re in good hands. Exceptional service all around.

Our experience was top notch! We booked a last minute hotel room due to a canceled flight. Baldwin picked us up within 10 minutes of calling and was so friendly! Mac and Ray were extremely accommodating as well. We arrived before check in and they graciously invited us to help ourselves to the breakfast buffet, and sit and relax while waiting for our room to be ready. The hotel is clean, has a lovely pool and landscaping, but the wonderful, helpful staff make this place really stand out!
