We LOVE POP! I can’t say that enough. We have no complaints. Rooms are great. Room service every other day. Breakfast and lunch is great in the dining hall. We have several meals there during the stay. Skyliner is always a plus. Great location.

I’m not sure how I feel anymore. This used to be me I go to resort for Disney, but I’m getting frustrated by the transportation, Yesterday it took one hour to get from the hotel to Epcot Today it was 45 minutes before a bus arrived to go to Magic Kingdom, but there were still 50+ people in line in front of me, I think the transportation element of Disney is really making a negative impact The rooms are cute. The staff is fine. I still disagree with the fact that they don’t do housekeeping except every other day. There’s a lot of money that’s paid for these rooms and you can’t do housekeeping and then when you were calling for towels, they act like it’s an inconvenience So you have to look at the pros and cons It’s great for families, but you just need to have a realistic expectation for time for transportation

We have visited WDW many times&stayed in most of the resorts however this was our first time at Pop Century. Our stay was for 10 nights &what a wonderful time we had we were there during the recently very cold wet weather in January what a delight to come back from the parks to a lovely pristine clean warm room.we had the QS dining option which was utilized quite well at the resort, all the staff were very friendly & helpful.Eventually the sun did shine the pool areas were lovely apparently the resort was fully booked it never had that feeling to us everywhere felt relaxed & spacious to accommodate everyone. For us the skyliner was the jewel in the crown for us with easy access to 2 parks, would we revisit yes in a heartbeat.

We've stayed at Pop Century many, many times and will no doubt stay there again. The skyliners are so much easier than buses. This year, we had rough weather. Of course, that's not Disney's fault. We were wet and/or cold every day of our 7 night stay. I appreciated the bathtub, but the water would JUST NOT GET HOT.. It was warm, but not hot. And our bathroom sink would not drain. I left a note on our first day of service (they only clean every other day) and it did not help. Sink still took forever to drain. On one day of service, the housekeeper took my soap and didn't leave more, didn't leave extra toilet paper (and our roll was low). We called for extra but that was an ordeal. There is no housekeeping button on the phone, but we eventually got through and got what we needed. The food court was in complete chaos on different occasions. We tried to get a pizza but couldn't even tell where the line started. Seems like someone could've at least made the line obvious. That all said, I know we will go back to WDW and that Pop Century will be our resort of choice.

This is family friendly resort and located close to all the parks with access to both skyliner and bus transportation making your trips for getting to them quick and a breeze. The hotel rooms and property are very clean and if you need anything, it is promptly delivered. Just say Hey Disney into the room’s device and you can request almost everything. We requested adjoining rooms for myself and son’s family of four. My room came with a king size bed and their’s with the pull down. I definitely had the most floor space. Their room had a tub and shower combo and mine a walk in shower. Suited both our needs very well. Other than those few things, the rooms were pretty much the same. The restaurant provided reasonable priced meals and the portions were more than enough so that you could order less and share. Lots of tables and booths and there is a nice section with couches and bucket chairs for a relaxing snack. Toaster and microwave is in this area. Gift shop had some nice souvenirs but there is a remodel going on so it is a little on the small side. Prices appeared to be comparable no matter where you shopped. There is a nightly marshmallow roast and you can purchase a smor’s kit for $7. Families seemed to be enjoying the pool area we checked out but with a 2&4 yr old to keep an eye on after a long day at the parks, it was more relaxing to entertain them in other ways. Walked over to Art of Animation hotel next door for supper one evening and it is a zoo compared to Pop Century. If you are okay with crowds morning, noon and night, then the decor is really cute for little kids. If you want a chance to decompress, then I highly recommended Pop Century for a calmer atmosphere. The hotel front desk staff were excellent, friendly and always helpful. Overall a great experience and looking forward to another visit in the near future.
