Crowne Plaza Times Square is perfectly located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, between 48th and 49th Streets, just at the doorstep of Times Square. Just beyond the front doors are Fortune 500 companies and the best shopping, theater, and historical attractions in the city. Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the greatest musical theater are mere steps away. Central Park is 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is also steps away from the 49th Street underground station.

Crowne Plaza Times Square has over 25,000 square feet of private event space onsite, 28 meeting rooms, and two Ballrooms, including a 6,750 square feet Broadway Ballroom with 20-foot ceilings. Featuring city views, each room at the Crowne Plaza Times Square has a flat-screen cable TV, modern decor, plush bedding, a workspace, upscale bathroom amenities, and WiFi included for the nightly service fee. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, Broadway 49 serving craft cocktails, beer, wine and unique dishes. Grind'n Co Coffee on the first floor has a variety of beverages including Stone Street Coffee, as well as grab-and-go items.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome. Dogs or cats only weighing 40 lbs. or less are allowed. Pet owners must sign a waiver and pay $75 non-refundable fee. One pet pet room is allowed. Please notify the hotel directly prior to arrival if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

"Loved the Hyatt Regency Times Square"

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Times Square for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience, The property is new, exceptionally clean, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the location is perfect for getting around the area. What stood out most was the staff, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

"Nice hotel in the heart of Times Square"

As mentioned, the location is great, especially if you’re coming for theater. Everything is right outside your door, including a myriad of restaurants. Pros: The room was spacious and well decorated, the bed comfy, there was a good-sized bathroom and everything was spotlessly clean. The blackout shades worked well. The windows are triple-glazed, which really cuts the outside sound. The staff is professional and welcoming. The temperature controls worked well. The price was reasonable for NYC. Cons: It’s missing a few things. No coffeemaker!! (I went into withdrawal.) No bathrobe. No inputs on the TV for Netflix, HBO etc. And the breakfast included in our rate consisted of coffee or juice, a sugary pastry, or a pre-cooked sealed container of bacon and eggs. Ugh. And unfortunately I could hear every bit of the screaming kids in the room next door. But all in all, I liked the hotel. Its convenience and comfort, location, and welcoming staff made up for the missing amenities. But please!!!! Get some coffee makers!!

"Can't Beat the Location!"

This hotel is a great location if you just want to step out the room and walk around the city. The hotel is fancy and nicely maintained. Only thing is the rooms do not have a microwave but there's a small fridge which is great.

Great location m, located right in time square! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we requested a conjoined room and they were able to accommodate! The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and have everything that you need! Whenever I come back to New York, it will be the first place I stay at! I also was able to get a great rate thru Expedia so considering the price, I’ll be sold every time on Hyatt Regency!
