My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Vallejo was phenomenal thanks to Marisol, the front desk manager. Her warm, personable service and ability to anticipate my needs made me feel like I was at a five-star resort. She turned a great hotel stay into an unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this property because of her exceptional care

Newly updated lobby, hallways and rooms. Very clean facility. Pool is in need of repair but swim able. Wanted it to be a 5 star but it has its flaws. First there’s only one person working the front counter. Being across from six flags and very busy that doesn’t make sense. Second we ordered food from the restaurant and the cook, bartender and cashier is only 1 person. We waited over a hour to get our food. The bartender didn’t know how to make drinks, but then again she was overwhelmed. The beds were comfy and the room was extremely clean. So hence the 3 star middle ground rating. They need way more staff
