No security at the building....4:00 AM in my floor a bunch of people talking lod like just getting out of the bar...until I called the front desk and was a little while the party went to their rooms...still I can heard talking...I've been staying for year's. There but at this point I will check another options. SF has a lot to offer, the reason I've been staying at this hotel because is convenient for my work only 3 blocks specially when I finished at 2:AM

My husband and I went for a couples trip and had an amazing experience! The hotel was great—super clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Liz was absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I recently completed a wonderful stay at the Club Quarters SF Embarcadero, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely fantastic—right near the Embarcadero, providing easy access to the Ferry Building, the Financial District, and beautiful waterfront walks. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a quiet retreat after a busy day of meetings and sightseeing. However, what truly elevated my experience was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Liz. She was awesome! Liz went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, always greeting guests with a genuinely warm and professional demeanor.
