"Great place to stay"

Great hotel. We were greeted by staff when we entered the doors. The staff helped us check in quickly. I love the location. Nice area in the business district. Felt safe and secure in the hotel as well as walking around the streets. The room was very nice with comfortable seating and beds. I also liked the rooftop deck. It had beautiful views. Comfortable common area downstairs in a large room with private workstations, comfortable furniture, and great coffee machine. Great experience. The attached restaurant served good food and bar was good also.

Stayed here twice, before and after our cruise. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Liz who got us into our room early. Thanks Liz! Rooms were clean and quiet, beds comfortable.

"Still A Gem After All These Years"

Once again Club Quarters has shown why they are one of the best hotels in San Francisco. Location location location. Within a few minutes you can walk to a transportation stop, go to the Ferry Building, the Embarcadero, the North Beach and Chinatown neighborhoods, and so much more. The rooms are clean and you can smell clean when you walk on. Real glasses and coffee cups in the rooms, along with a snack tray (think mini bar; there is a cost for this); your key card is needed to access the elevator going to your room; a terrace on the 11th floor; laundry facilities where you can do laundry if you wish, and so much more. Liz is always there to check me in, and she is a gem of an employee; a wonderful personality, being professional and warm; John who works nights is a lovely man who is a joy to talk to. If you have any questions about the City, he has an answer. Brian is always there when I check out, and always has a smile. While these 3 employees are the ones I interacted with, every employee,including housekeeping, always has a smile and hello. If you have never stayed here, I recommend you give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

"Clean, modern hotel located in a safe and clean part of SF"

This is a modern hotel in SF located in a relatively safe and clean area in the city. I didn't notice any dirt, loitering, or camping near the property and felt safe entering and exiting even in the evenings. This was a major consideration for me in choosing this hotel, and its guests are pleasant as well. The lobby area is very nicely finished and the rooms are comfortable, modern, and functional with a professional business tone. Mariany at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding in check-in/out, resolving problems, and communicating and catering to guests' needs. The smaller rooms in the hotel are compact but functional for single travellers. There was a problem with the AC in my room so was quickly upgraded to the next size up, which provided significantly more space. The AC in the rooms is relatively quiet and unobtrusive. Water pressure in the shower and sink were excellent and soap/etc are provided. Bedsheets appeared to be clean and without odor, and similarly for the room. I will be returning to this hotel if I am back in San Francisco, as the price was excellent for what this hotel provides and most importantly, the area made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.
