"Time for reinvestment or new investors"

Rust on door frames, larges stains on the carpet, grout gone from bathroom tile: things are looking tawdry on floor 9. While CQ is an express business hotel--got that part--it cannot succeed by offering up slowly dilapidating accommodations, especially since it's a national business model. I assume you are preparing to sell or preparing to reinvest. One or the other should happen soon.

Hotel is dirty. Torn curtain is still being used. Towels look like they were used there are hair and dirty spots on the wall.

Amazing experience! Arrived for a 1 night stay at the end of my business trip, and got upgraded to the best room with an amazing balcony and nighttime view by Mariany! She was so nice to me and it really made a huge difference in my stay. Thank you!

Really great experience again now for the 2nd time. Amazing front desk staff including Jordan who was super friendly and helpful checking me in. Great location and with easy access to transit, restaurants, and a Safeway a 5 minute walk away. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in SF, will absolutely be back!
