"Welcoming stay in a convenient location"

This is where I stay when I travel to SF on business. It's easily accessible and the people who work here are great. After a long flight, it makes a big difference when I see someone who greets me kindly and helps me get into my room without a hitch. Mariany is particularly great!

"Not good"

This was the first time in a hotel in SF. The staff was nice and check in was easy. But the room was something to be desired. I was on the 3rd floor and at the time of the booking, it was a required 2 day booking. The room was similar to a cell block in a jail, not that I’ve been , but as it looks on tv, it was very similar . I had a couple of concerns that I addressed to the staff that was not addressed during my stay, the main one was the a/c and that it did not work. The room stayed at a constant 75 degrees. Not great for sleeping as I sweat throughout the night. There’s no window that opens to get outside air in, so that made it worst. Then the parking situation , the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, so you have to park in a parking garage that charges you $48 for a day . So be prepared to spend more than you might imagine. Not the best experience. I would not recommend this place.

"Pretty solid and affordable hotel"

Love how this hotel is near pretty much everything in Downtown SF! It was my second time coming here and I have no complaints about the room and atmosphere itself. The walls are kind of thin, especially if you’re in a corner room with another room next to you. The casting device to TV feature wasn’t working and staff mentioned they were troubleshooting it. Regardless, it’s a good place to stay in!

We were warmly welcomed by Marie and Jordan and immediately felt at home. They upgraded us and gave us the greatest stay. We will definitely be back. Great location and amenities!!! Thank you Marie and Jordan !!!!
