Great customer service. Our hotel concierge/ front desk/ rep was Liz. Our flight got in early. We were coming to check if the hotel had luggage storage, to our surprise we were able to check in early. Liz was a great help with that and explaining everything about the hotel and what it has to offer. Liz has been a great help and her service is excellent. The hotel location is great. We are able to walk around the downtown area. I can see the pier from the window and bridge. The room is clean and setup was perfect for me to work and get out in the area. Looks like everything is 1-2 miles away. Restaurants are near. It is quiet and relaxing in the room. Access to the gym is a plus and the rooftop. I will be booking here every time I am in San Francisco.

Cozy hotel with an extremely friendly and welcoming front desk team, they gave us early check-in without having to pay. Hotel that has a coffee machine with hot milk available all day long in a very comfortable space. The room has a good space, not very big but enough for 2 people.

I really appreciate this hotel. First of all, it’s not in the bloody Tenderloin, so you’re mostly free from the scourge of hobos. Secondly, it’s reasonable cost. And thirdly, it’s actually very nice! No real compromise here. I arrived early and because I am a returning visitor, Liz let me check-in early which was very much appreciated. You can’t arrange this in advance, you just have to rock up and ask to see if there is already an empty room but apparently they is usually a fee?! Makes no sense to me; but anyway, Liz waived the punitive fee for me. Plus points: free washer/dryer room, in-room coffee, proper desk chair, modern and clean, useful lounge, short walk to Chinatown and Little Italy, which is awesome. I stayed in another hotel called Pickwick which was a similar price but shabby by comparison.

Booked here to avoid the crossing the picket lines at Marriott and Hilton for a work trip. Arrived early but Liz was wonderfully accommodating and waived the early check in fee which is usually $75. Maintenance was also extremely responsive to any issues with the room. I think his name was Ronnie, but apologies if I misremembered. Location is ideal for Financial District. Things are dated, but for the price point, location, and service received my stay was satisfactory.

Second time staying at this hotel and it's been great. The hotel room is very nice and near many restaurants. Liz was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and get a jump start to our vacation. We will definitely stay here again next time we come!
