Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center - New York

An amazing stay with great staff! Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very disappointing experience with check-in at this hotel. My check-in time was 3:00 PM, but my room was not ready, and I was only checked in after 4:00 PM. I ended up waiting for over an hour in the lobby and had to follow up twice myself, as no one provided updates or seemed particularly attentive. After a long travel day and with a 6:00 AM departure the next morning, this was especially frustrating. While I understand that delays can happen, what really stood out was the lack of communication and any effort to make the situation right. I asked whether the hotel could assist with transportation to the airport given the inconvenience, but this was declined. I was only offered help arranging a taxi, which didn’t really address the issue. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in basic customer care. I hope the management takes situations like this more seriously and considers offering appropriate solutions when guests are significantly inconvenienced

Stayed one night , in town for business. Check in was easy and hotel was spotlessly clean, from lobby to “ living room “ to hotel room. Did not try any of their food offerings, but had drinks at the rooftop bar. Service was excellent. I loved that there are water/ ice machines in every floor, and that empty water bottles were offered.

I recently stayed at the Club Quarters Hotel and had a frustrating experience from the moment we arrived. At 12:30 PM, before we could even speak, the front desk employee, Spencer, abruptly told us that check-in was at 3:00 PM in a dismissive tone, in front of other guests. He also told us our requested connecting rooms would be ready by 3:00. When we returned, we were told those same rooms would not be ready until 5:15 PM. We explained we were tired and willing to take any available rooms, but when I asked for clarification about the delay, Spencer became rude, interrupted me, and spoke over me. We were then given shifting time estimates, and ultimately didn’t receive our rooms until after 4:30 PM, while other guests who arrived later were checked in first. The situation became so uncomfortable that I had to step outside. While I was gone, my daughters overheard Spencer speaking negatively about me to other guests, which was extremely unprofessional. I followed up with the hotel manager, Carlos Lopez, as well as customer service, and received no response. Overall, this experience reflected a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.

Their service/followup are excellent. We had some issues but they are trying yo solve immediately. One thing was that we’ve stayed 20 days then last minute TVremote controller is dead 🤣 anyway the location is great ! Coffee is great at lobby . Everyone is nice 👍 wonderful hotel . Thank you very much.
