Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center - New York

Had such a lovely experience and was very impressed with the staff and how well everyone attended to us! Very clean and welcoming, hospitality was top tier. Was celebrating our birthday during our trip and was sent something very sweet to our room to celebrate, was a beautiful gesture!

The young lady that checked us in deserves a raise. We couldn’t have felt more loved and at home because of her! The hotel was immaculate and staff very friendly and accommodating. This is the best hotel experience I have ever had!

I stayed at Club Quarters for 4 nights while attending a work conference. While the room and location were fine, the service and management were absolutely unacceptable, and I left feeling disrespected and appalled. At check-in, I was already disappointed — although check-in time was 3 PM, my room wasn’t ready until 4 PM, and I was made to wait without apology or urgency. To accommodate for this delay, a staff member at the front desk kindly agreed to a 1 PM checkout instead of the standard 12 PM. That seemed fair — until I returned to check out just before 1 and met Spencer, who claimed to be the manager. Spencer was rude, dismissive, and combative from the start. He refused to honor the late checkout previously approved by his colleague. He informed me that there would be a $25 per hour late fee after 1 PM — but then refused to allow me to stay past 2 PM and still charged me $50, double the stated amount. When I tried to explain what had been agreed upon, he interrupted, refused to listen, and spoke to me in a hostile, degrading tone. His behavior felt not only unprofessional but racially biased and deeply disrespectful. As a guest, I expected at least basic courtesy — instead, I was talked down to, forced out, and overcharged. This single interaction with Spencer completely destroyed what had been a decent stay. No guest deserves to be treated like this. I will be reporting this to corporate and encouraging my company to stop using this location for future events. If you are a business traveler — especially if you expect professionalism, fairness, or basic human decency — stay far away from this place.

Horrified that they cancelled my daugther's stay despite we had pre paid 10 nites from 25 Jul to 4 Aug. Due to a 12 hr delay in flight, she checked in on 26 July, 930 am. Reception guy, tall n big, says sori, room cancelled n given up room despite her explanation. No empathy,no sense of service. Ne didn't offer to help nor refer her to another Club Quarters hotel. Too bad we didnt get his name. But she had seen him from previous 2024 Oct stay. Distraught, she called me in Spore, he said same. And he told me (n daugther again) that he will refund the entire booking since hotel cancelled. I found n booked Central St for the next 9 nites. 4 days later i didnt see the refund, i enquired thru hotels.com n after 3 days and citing company policies, they refunded 90%. They had the gall to then withhold 1 nite plus tax.. sori WTC u disappointed big time. And we as family are repeat clients. We will move else where now. Doubt the management checked w the reception guy. Or else he lied.

Hotel is good, but it's really let down by poor staffing with bad attitudes and poor documentation, I would not stay here again, there are too many better options in NYC.
