Club Quarters was definitely worth every penny. The location was great, walking distance to the tourist landmarks. The lobby was nice and clean; we had a queen bed with a kitchette, it was spacious, clean and comfy. They have a water station with empty disposable water bottles you can fill up with water to take to your room or take with you to walk the town (very convenient). I give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars. Would definitely stay at CQ again. Ronnie at the front desk greeted us as we got there and was so pleasant and helpful.

Both elevators for the 20th floor were out of service, not working at all at 7:15 am when I left my room to leave for a breakfast meeting. That's totally unacceptable as a matter of safety and obviously inconvenient. No notice was given. After waiting for about 10 minutes for the non-existent elevator service, I called the front desk and was informed that both elevators were not working. I walked down the stairs from the 20th floor to the 10th floor to get on a working elevator in the co-located hotel. When I checked in around 8:30 pm the evening before, one of the two elevators was not working -- that's unacceptable. When I departed the following morning, neither of the two elevators were working -- that's appalling. No one at the Club Quarters apparently fixed the first elevator overnight, and then let the situation get worse. That's just wrong and unsafe as well as inconvenient.

The single room was smaller than expected, but it was fine since I was staying for travel or business purposes. The location was convenient for visiting famous spots in Chicago, and if I visit again, I think I would stay at this hotel again due to its relatively affordable price. It was a great experience overall!

Totally adequate hotel with more amenities than you would think that make everything go great. Water station in hall, a few coffee pods in the room, nice bed, a desk, quality toiletries and free coffee in the meeting room. Also, WiFi was great. Fast. I was able to get me work done and go on with my day.

Great location! Right on the river and could walk to the River Walk and Wrigley Building and other architectural structures… then shopping was just beyond that and also the Navy Pier! The bean and fountain were a little longer to walk- but we did it! I would definitely stay here again- in this area!!!! And I forgot to add pizza was just across the street!
