Parking: Self-parking is available at the garage nearby for $30 per day, per car at 20 E Randolph Street, Chicago, IL (Wabash-Randolph Parking garage).
Pet Policy: Dogs only are welcome. One dog up to 25lbs per room per stay is allowed at no extra charge. Dogs should be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and not in the restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. Your dog should not be left in your guest room unattended. Please make sure your dog is up to date on all vaccinations, with proof upon request.

"Value for the money"

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel! Loved the complimentary cold water stations located that are located near the elevator on each floor. Comfortable 18th floor room with wall-mounted flat screen TV. Local channels only, no Netflix or YouTube. Strong Wi-Fi but no refrigerator. Great coffee maker with espresso pods, and we were also provided an electric water kettle upon request. Great front desk and housekeeping staff! The fact that there are only two elevators for 30+ floors can be a bit of a headache at times, especially on Sundays when many guests have to check out. No on-site restaurant but room service is available from one that is located next door. Excellent location right next to the river, less than five minutes away from multiple boat cruises.

The location is amazing and everything about my experience was awesome. The employees are super bubbly and happy to help with anything. The only draw back would be the elevator being slow but other than that this place was perfect. My girlfriend and I loved that the hotel was walking distance from everything in the loop.

My boyfriend and i stayed here for a conference. It was such a short trip but it was so lovely! Hotel was very nice, everything you would expect on a basic level. The kind gentleman at the front desk upgraded us to the most amazing view right over the river! This hotel is so central everything is walking distance. There are a lotttt of floors, always allow yourself time when coming and going when using the elevator. The elevator moves fast but when it stops at every floor on your way... it can take a while. Totally out of the hotel's control, just a factor to consider when planning outings. Staff was very professional and sweet, the price was right, and i would definitely come back my next stay.
