Family of 6. We did Mountain Top because Tree Top was closed due to Covid. I'm glad we did. The double lines made it was fun and turned our rides into a challenge of who would make it to the next ramp first. Ramps had rails around them. My family ages 11-47 have zipped lined previously but the other 2 groups had not and our guides made everyone feel confortable enough to go upside down by the last line. They take pictures during the trip and allow you to purchase at the end. I normally hate this because of the pressure to buy them but that was not the case for this tour. You can take your phone and take you own pics. The guides were funny and informative. Wonderful experience! We forgot cash for a tip but they accepted venmo. Yay I would have felt terrible if I didn't tip for the service that we received. Went at 8:40 AM and by the time we finished it was hot.

THIS PLACE IS A MUST. I don't think any words I say can fully give the 5+ stars this place truly deserves. This excursion was the highlight of my trip to Tennesee. I've gone ziplining at different locations before and never had pleasant experiences. From the moment we arrived at Climbworks to when we left it was NONSTOP FUN. There was a group of 6 of us. This place allows you to do waiver forms online which speeds up the check in process. Ryan was our tour guide. Not only was she AWESOME, she was also very professional and explained everything thoroughly. (I love you Ryan)! Harrison was our driver for the UTV. What a fun ride it was singing and enjoying the scenery as we drove up to our course. Jared and Brant were also our guides during the excursion. I can't emphasize enough as to how much our guides made this experience extremely fun. We went through 5 ziplining courses and each one was more fun then the last with breathtaking views. Also I must mention they have a stop system where you don't have to slow down or use your hands yourself!!!!! We had 3 additional people who were also traveling with us that opted out on going ziplining because of their past experiences at different places due to this reason. I wish they knew about Climbworks stop system. They would've definitely joined us. This place makes it SO EASY and safe for you to stop at the end of each course without having to do anything. Climbworks set the bar SO HIGH for ziplining. I seriously can't thank Ryan, Brant, Jared, and Harrison enough for a memorable, fun experience. I will definitely be back, I'll make sure to bring tiffany with. If you're deciding on where to go ziplining you will not be disappointed in this place.
