"A Hidden Gem"

A beautiful and peaceful stay. The location was just perfect, close enough to enjoy dining, shops & fun but distant enough from the busyness or crowded tourists from nearby attractions. The rooms, were super clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and overall accommodating. The private balcony overlooking the river was gorgeous and serene! I will definitely be back for another stay! Also got a chance to walk across the road and enjoy a quick exciting ride through the mountains at Moonshine coaster ride lol, great fun! Enjoyed some great pizza, wings etc with 4 min walk to PizzaRio, A unique Brazilian Rodizio-style, with a pre-set menu and more than 15 flavors of pizza in a rustic atmosphere with beautiful river views while enjoying your choice of handcrafted sangrias, cocktails, or signature wine list (all decent pricing) and there staff was also amazing.

"Not a Wyndham"

Directly on a 4 lane road that has no chill. Liquor store Directly across the street. When you open room door Directly looking at traffic it's loud all night. River is nice room clean. Hotel elevator is tiny. This is an affiliate Wyndham not actually one so the luxury and price behind the name is not here. They're cheaper better options not in front of 4 lanes of traffic.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Gatlinburg. Every room has a balcony over the river...it is SPECTACULAR!!! Super clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. No complaints, and I'll be back.

This place is exactly how pictured. The water off balcony was so nice and relaxing. Easy to walk to town. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was amazing!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The rooms was clean and relaxing. Listening to the creek was awesome!! The only thing that was a little frustrating is thr parking/way to get in and out back on the road. During busy hours unless someone let's you go, it's hard to get across.
