The hotel itself was not bad . The cleaning staff was really nice and helpful but the. Front desk agents were awful. We were only there for 1 night Monday 11/10 scheduled to check out on the morning of 11/11. We arrived hours before check in and we understood that check in is at 4. We were advised our room would be ready at noon then at 2:30 then 3. I went up to the front desk at 3:30 to check on the room again and there had been a shift change . The girl that was working the desk was awful and rude. I come back at 4 since the room was guaranteed at 4. And she rolled her eyes once she sees me and says that she hasn’t call me and doesn’t understand why I’m checking on the room again. I advised her it is a little past 4 and my room should be ready she claimed she does not clean the rooms and there is nothing she can do. I come back at 5:09 p.m and again she said I will call you when the room is ready. At that point I had been waiting all day to get in to my room and had ran out of patience. I advised her that I needed to get in to whatever room was available and she went off ! We got in to a huge argument. I told her I was stepping away to calm down . As Im walking away she’s just going on and on about how awful I am . She called some one on the phone and I can hear her talking crap about me to some one else on the phone . I also hear maintenance call her in Spanish to tell her that the too has been ready. I come back and ask her for the keys and she says the room is not ready . My bf goes to talk to house keeping and they stated the room is ready . The girl at the front desk says I’m lying and refuses to give me the room key starts saying she’s going to call the police I advised her I do not want to fight with her she the says “you want to fight me ? I will call the cops and went on a rant . I also knew that the room was available because I had paid and was give both room numbers . She decided to change the room last minute and would not give us the room and claimed I was crazy that she never assigned me a unit . The whole experience was awful I did not get in to my room until 5:45p.m and it really just seemed like she did it out of anger and spite towards me . I hope this agent gets fired .

Room was clean and bed was comfy but desk staff is very unhelpful/not knowledgeable. I stayed one night, specifically choosing this hotel for its shuttle service. When I get checked in I made a reservation for the shuttle per their policy for the following morning. According to the night attendant and signage at the front desk, the shuttle would leave at 7:00am, “at the top of the hour.” In the morning, the front desk called me before 6:45 asking if I was going to be taking the shuttle service because if I was, I needed to come down. I was still repacking my suitcase and said that I needed a few minutes and asked if the shuttle was leaving at 7:00am. They said it wasn’t that it needed to leave before 7:00. I finished packing and made way down and checked out at 6:54 and was informed the shuttle already left because it had to make another stop at another hotel. I explained that I was really frustrated, because I specifically chose this hotel for this service, would’ve woken up earlier, that I confirmed with the night staff 7:00am and pointed out all their signage said, “top of the hour.” My frustration was met with a shrug of the should and “sorry.” There are so many other airport hotels that are relatively clean, avoid this place.

We arrived late and was greeted by a friendly man and a smile after a 22 hour journey. Our room was perfect for a family of four and very clean. All a little dated but more than adequate for what we wanted. The Pool was cleaned everyday and the Jacuzzi was a bonus. Kids liked the gym. The free shuttle bus to universal was spot on. We had a take away Indian upto the room. A little expensive compared to UK prices but extremely taste and would recommend food from it.

All the negative rating about this hotel are accurate. Filthy room and rude staffs. The hotel room is disgusting. They tried hard to apologize but it's will not make up for ruining my vacation. If you want to have a nightmarish time in Orlando then book here, there is no refund after you book here. There are so many hotel availability around the area. These people are scumbag.

Do not stay here they do not update their policies and will not refund you accordingly. Terrible customer service they refuse to help only for a simple deposit. They state they don’t accept all cards but nowhere in their regulations or policies does it state that. Stay away from here! Not worth it!
