"Good times at Busch Gardens Tampa"
August 2019
We had a great time at Busch Gardens Tampa. They have some awesome rides and all kinds of animals in the safari. The only negative I had was the safari ride was discontinued and you now have to pay $39.99 to go on a tour. We did the all day dining, it was totally worth it between the three parks.

"Busch Gardens"
July 2019
I bought tickets for Busch Gardens of Tripster which included the all day food package. I took my two nephews that are 14 and 15 years old. The food package was half the price it would have been if purchased at the park. So it was a significant savings, and the wrist bands for the package allowed the boys to run around the park all day without having to carry money or hook up with adults when they wanted food and drinks. Since the temperature was in the upper 90's, I'm sure we saved money just on the drinks before even adding in the food. I also save money on the admission fare. I would definitely use Tripster again.

There are many thing's to see and do. You can have alot of fun. I'm a pass holder to all 4 park's. The parks are very clean. My last visit to Bush Gardens wasn't as pleasent as other time's I have been. The staff at all the food concession stand seems to make up there own decisions if they want to give you your discount off your annual pass or not. They all need to be trained cause they all say different thing's when you try to purchases stuff. My grandmother rented a scooters there, and they have no breaks. The park was packed that day. So we had to becareful all day because when someone stops dead in front of you, you can not stop!!! They closed at 7pm and it was very dark and could barley see where you were walking.

Living in Tampa we had great expectations for this amusement park. The layout of the park is confusing and their line estimates seem way off. If roller coasters are your thing you might enjoy the park but be prepared to spend lots of time in lines. The park was dirty and seems like it could use a lot of attention. Seemed quite crowded. Not sure we’d go back for another visit.

The 4 of us that went had such a great time here. Even though we only spent 5 hours in the park we enjoyed every minute of our time here. If you are in the area you should definitely check them out.

I grew up at Busch Gardens. This place was a childhood staple of mine from the years I could barely walk to my late teens. I returned yesterday after a ten year absence, and it has changed. The place is a mismanaged, misguided disaster. It took us an hour to get in from the street to the parking lot. The parking lot entrance has eight toll booths, each being manned by one person. Considering it’s nearly $120 to get in this place and $25 to park the car, I think they can manage to staff eight toll attendants. People were cutting in line, horns were blasting, and tempers were flaring. The lot you pay to park in is filled with potholes and separating the lot from the surrounding bad neighborhood is an ugly chain link fence. Disney, this is not. We spent 8 hours at the park and rode one ride: the train. Stanley Falls, my favorite childhood ride still in operation, broke down while we were in line. Congo River was closed for maintenance. Montu went down while we were in line. Tidal Wave is gone and replaced with a coaster that has a 90 minute wait and looks to be about 120 seconds long. All of the coasters had 75-90 minute waits. The cost to “skip” the line, free at Disney World, was $40 at the Cheetah coaster. That’s just wrong. Ok, no rides, just animals? Cool. Their kangaroo exhibit was shut down 90 minutes before the park closed and I’ve seen more variety of animals at a city zoo than Busch Gardens. Also, where are the Clydesdales? Peppered throughout the day were visits to disgusting park bathrooms and a staff that could care less (please pay these people more so they have some pride in this place). Thankfully, they still sell beer so you can numb yourself. I was lucky that I got to experience the Glory Days of Busch Gardens. With 90 minute waits, apathetic staff and a high entrance fee, those days are long gone. Money wasted.
