Branson’s first and longest-running show, the Baldknobbers features award-winning talent and is guaranteed to give you memories to last a lifetime. As Branson’s premier country music variety show, the show is stacked with all of your favorite country hits and hilarious comedy. As the original Branson variety show, there is just enough classic rock, patriotic salutes, and soulful gospel music to pull on all of your heartstrings.

The show is updated and upgraded every year to ensure the best and most professional performance for new and returning guests alike—keeping the Baldknobbers at the top for nearly 65 years! Now in its third generation of performers, Branson’s Famous Baldknobbers continues to deliver a bigger and better experience than ever before.

During November and December, the show celebrates the season with a magical Christmas production. The first half begins with the best of the season's regular show. Then, the show transitions into a special Christmas holiday performance during the second half, complete with classic holiday tunes and dazzling costumes.

Great performances by the entire cast. The songs and singing were fantastic. The comedy skits were very funny and entertaining. Great show for the whole family. Must see when in Branson.

"Don’t do dinner theatre at Hughes"

We reserved the dinner show for an additional $30.00 per person. We were the only two people in attendance for the dinner. Guess that should have been a hint of what was to come. Salad was LIMP. Entree was a piece of mystery meat and a piece of chicken with some kind of unappetizing stuff on top along with shriveled green bean and potatoes. (The wait staff told us they had a seated dinner for 140 two days prior). I feel sure this was all left over from then. Pudding for dessert was the best part of the meal. I must say the server was attentive and courteous. (However his shirt was dirty). Don’t do it!

We went to the vintage show and had an absolute blast. It’s got that perfect mix of old-school country, gospel, and storytelling—the kind that makes you feel wholesome right up until you’re laughing so hard you snort. And then… there’s MAYHEM. Capital letters earned. This guy swoops in with perfectly timed comedy, throws in his own songs, and delivers skits that had us laughing way louder than is probably polite in public. If you like your nostalgia with a side of “did he really just say that?”—you’re in good hands. But the real highlight? Oh, just my totally, LOL, "planned and deeply professional Branson stage debut"… as a chicken. 🐔 Yes. A chicken. There was a preshow with audience participation, and out of everyone there, I was chosen to rise—no, cluck—to the occasion. I fully committed to an Oscar-worthy performance. You haven’t lived until you’ve embraced your inner poultry in front of a crowd. 10/10 experience. Would absolutely cross the road again.

Lost the Mabe legacy, it's songs were about a love them and leave them guy, a woman leaving her man in the rear view mirror, and gospel put on the back burner, not the place for God. Looked more like "worldly" entertainment than "Godly" - I won't ever go back there.
