"The Branson Ferris Wheel"
May 2019 NEW
We had 3 adults & 4 children, ages 6 & under for the Ferris wheel ride. The ticket lady made it clear that only 6 were allowed in each gondola, almost barking it at me. Also when trying to find the ticket line, an employee gestured vaguely with her hand & we went to the nearest window which happened to be the photo pick up window. Not your typical Branson hospitality. Later, when we went to the photo window, we saw others there thinking it was the ticket window. The prepaid voucher part went smoothly. The ride itself was a pleasant experience. The moon was almost full. The small children all enjoyed it as it was very slow & peaceful. We went around twice.

Tip: Be prepared to exit while on the move. I was worried with a 2 year old in tow, but it went just fine. Get precise directions to the ticket booth & save yourself a wait at the wrong window.

"Branson Ferris Wheel"
January 2019
Recently, it was my second time riding the Branson Ferris Wheel and it is so fun it’s a family tradition! I prefer going at night time when the lights are lit up and you can see all over the Branson strip. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they even ask if you’d like to go around the wheel for a second time or get off. As you ride the wheel a documentary over the wheels past plays which is so informative. We love the Branson Ferris Wheel and highly recommend it to families in Branson looking for a cheap activity!

"Nice smooth ride"
October 2018
This Ferris Wheel used to be located on Chicago Navy Pier and we road it at that time with beautiful views of the lake and the Chicago skyline. Now it is located in Branson. Yes it provides a great view of the surrounding area, but the surrounding area is pretty built up so the view is not so great if you want scenery, which was what I was hoping for.
On the plus side, the Wheel moves very slowly so that people can get on and off without stopping. This provides a nice smooth ride. I imagine the line gets pretty long sometimes, but when we went there was almost no one riding, so they let us go around twice when I think it would normally have been a once around. I would recommend this ride just for the experience of riding such a large, historic Ferris Wheel. Who knows, you might spot something along the strip that peaks your interest, like the airplane across the street that looks like its about to crash or the helicopter tours next door that you can see taking off and landing.

"Spectacular View of Branson"
September 2018
My husband and I enjoyed the amazing view from the top. For those who are afraid of height, it was slow and easy ride. We had the big gondola for ourselves and we didn't have to share it with anyone. For the second round the staff would ask you, if we would like to go for the second round and you can remain seated else you can get down. Overall it was a pleasant ride.

Tip: It's not a closed gondola. Don't expect air conditioning.

"A Great Memory"
August 2018
My teenage daughter and I took a weekend trip to Branson before the start of school. This was definitely a highlight of our visit. You can see the landmark ferris wheel for miles and once you're on it, you can REALLY see for miles. We rode at night and the views were awesome, plus it was a little cooler in the evening. Just before we got on, they fired up the nightly laser light show, choreographed to music. We got to see it again from a distance a littler later that night as we enjoyed our frozen custard treats. Getting on & off was simple and the employees were super nice. This ride is a piece of history and should not be missed!

Tip: There is a separate line to purchase tickets for the wheel. You will have to take your voucher there and they give you paper tickets.

Tip: The Ferris wheel does not stop for loading/unloading. My young daughter was scared of that but with a little encouragement she did just fine.

"Best at night!"

Fun attraction with a great view! It turns really slow and you can go around once or twice for the same price. Open air baskets that are caged in for safety.

I want to thank ALL of the staff at the Branson Ferris Wheel for help my 94 year old Korean Veteran Grandfather make one of his life long dreams come true. Thanks to Rebecca who was so sweet when we 1st walked up to purchase our tickets. She loved talking with my Grandfather and thanked him for his service. Then as we arrived at the ferris wheel Mya and Elizabeth greeted my Grandfather thanked him for his service and proceeded to help him get into the bucket seats of the ferris wheel. Once finished both girls helped my Grandfather back into his wheelchair. We have been so blessed to be able to have the help and kindness of such wonderful people. Thanks to all the staff at The Branson Ferris Wheel!!

"Price is high, but worth trying"

The prices are very steep. If you can get discounts and maybe coupons for the ride, that is a huge blessings! It might sound kind of harsh, but it helps when handicapped riders are on-It allows more time where the ferris wheel has to stop and you gte to be on it longer. They let you loop around 2 times. It is definitely worth trying and night time is the BEST. Don't ever do it during the day.

We visited the ferris wheel not long after it first opened. We went at night...and it was so cool to see the lights. I'm afraid of heights so I was ready to get off after one go round but everyone else in our group went twice. You need to try it at least once. The history of this Ferris Wheel is cool, so you need to read about it too.
