The bed was comfortable. The room was rather dated. I think it's been updated since I was there. Staff was friendly.

The place is made of 3 buildings. 2 have indoor pools and hot tubs. The bfast is on the second floor with a nice view. I loved my stay. Very affordable. The staff was amazing. The bfast was small but had juice and sausage n biscuits, gravy and a few other things. If you never stayed here, I would recommend it.

"Some good but more not so good experience with Stone Castle"

Upon arrival, we found a lightening storm the day before had knocked out the computer system, this was at 2:00pm. After several "it will be up soon" promises, we were finally able to check in at 10:30 after attending a show. We still did not get a room key and was told we had to call the desk if we left our rooms to have someone open the room for us. Room was plain, just sufficient. We heard footsteps above up late in the evening, we were on bottom floor. Found two roaches while we were there and the very cheap coffee pot did not work. Location was great. They provided a very good breakfast every morning and the staff did all they could to help, except for the empty words about when the system would be fixed. We did not get our room card keys until the evening of the second of a three day stay! Our room was cleaned well each day. Checkout went well no issues, no additional charges. Glad we were so busy with activities and shows.

"Decent stay."

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was dank. Outdated. Obviously has had water damage. There's no ice or vending on the floor we stayed on. Hallways were humid and stuffy. The complimentary breakfast was just okay. Very bland and undercooked (more suitable for older guests). Air conditioner in our room was stellar and the ceiling fan was definitely an added plus. I guess I expected more of a rustic/castle interior due to the exterior and name of the hotel but I was underwhelmed with the just typical hotel aesthetics.

"Everything we wanted in a Team Getaway!"

We took our staff of 50 for an off-site connection and meeting time. Stone Castle's team was first class. They accommodated each of our requests, helped problem solve unexpected things we though of last minute - and each room provided a unique experience for our team. A very stress-free, low planning, high return location to plan a team event. Plenty of meeting spaces, but lots of wins for individuals/couples to retreat to - and in a prime location. You can pay more...but why would you!
