What is the minimum age to check in?

The reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age to check in. A matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card are required.

Is Big Cedar Lodge pet-friendly?

ADA-defined service animals are welcome. Pets are not allowed at Big Cedar Lodge. Should you need pet-friendly accommodations, please call the hotel directly to make reservations at Camp Long Creek.

Does the resort charge a resort fee?

Yes. A $50 per-night plus tax resort fee will be charged upon arrival. The resort fee allows Big Cedar to offer activities and services such as Big Bass Miniature Golf, On Property Shuttles at Big Cedar Lodge, Swimming Pools, Big Cedar Beach Club, World Class Fitness Center, Bonfires, DVD and Game Checkout, Hiking Trails, WiFi Access, Lazy River, Big Cedar Paved 5K Trail, Paddle Boats, Shuffle Board, Sand Volleyball, and Indoor Fitness Classes on a first-come, first-served basis (includes Fusion, Shockwave, Ozark Indoor Cycling, Sweat, and Yoga). *DVD's not available for Camp Long Creek guests

Are there smoking rooms available?

The resort is a smoke-free property. Guests electing to ignore this no-smoking policy in the rooms will be assessed a $200 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

What time is check in and what time is check out?

CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is 4:00pm. If you intend to arrive before 4:00 pm, please notify the Front Desk. The hotel will make every effort to have your room available to you, but the hotel suggests that you plan to occupy your accommodations after that time. You are invited to enjoy the resort facilities before you check in on the scheduled day of your arrival. CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time is 11:00am. A late charge of $100 will be charged to rooms that are not vacant after 11:00am and full rate after 4:00pm. Fees will be waived with any pre-approved late check-out. If you are involved in changing rooms, please be prepared to vacate your first room by 11:00am. It is not necessary to check out at the front desk, simply notify the desk upon vacating the room and your current charges will be transferred to your new room. If your luggage is packed and left inside the room, the hotel staff will place it in the new room for you. Your new room will be available after 4:00pm.

Are cribs/rollaway beds/microwave available?

You may request a rollaway bed or microwave, which will be placed in your room before your arrival (subject to availability). There is a $30 charge, per night, for each rollaway bed or microwave. Complimentary cribs (subject to availability) will be furnished upon request.
