The Hop-on, Hop-off Miami Day Tour (Red Loop) lasts approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes, the Miami Night Tour (Blue Loop) is 75 to 90 minutes, and the Everglades Tour (Green Loop) is about 4 hours.

How often do the hop-on, hop-off tour buses run?

Hop-on, hop-off buses run every 30 minutes. Subject to weather, season and traffic conditions.

I've purchased the Explore Ticket option, where does the Everglades Tour depart?

The Everglades Tour (Green Loop) departs from Miami Beach at Soundscape Park, 1680 Washington Ave. every 30 minutes between 8:30am and 2:30pm, and from Downtown Miami at Bayside Marketplace, 401 Biscayne Blvd every 30 minutes between 9:05am and 3:05pm. If you've purchased the Explore Ticket, the tour time is the departure time for the Everglades Tour. Pleas arrive 15 minutes in advance of your chosen departure time. The total duration of the Everglades tour is approximately 4 hours.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?

Yes. They'll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with them for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at the time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat.

How will I know where to get off?

The commentary or guide on your bus will announce hop-off stops as the bus arrives at each location, allowing you to hop off at your leisure.

What languages are the pre-recorded audio guides available in?

The pre-recorded tour commentary for the hop-on, hop-off tour is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German. Live narration is available for the night tour in English and the Everglades tour in English and Spanish.

What is the child ticketing policy?

Child tickets are available for passengers aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult (16+). Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities?

Yes. Not all tour buses are wheelchair accessible but it can be arranged with at least a 48-hour notice. If you or anyone in your party requires ADA accommodations, please call the operator via the number in your e-ticket to request for a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Please note that wheelchair lifts can accommodate a maximum weight of 650 lbs, the upper deck of the bus is not wheelchair accessible, and Big Bus Tours Miami cannot guarantee accessibility at all tour attractions.

I am waiting at a stop and can’t see any buses, what do I do?

Hang in there! Big cities like to throw all sorts of challenges at their drivers, who are doing their best to get to you as quickly (but safely) as possible.

Can I bring food and drink on the tour?

Food is not permitted on the tour. Drinks are only permitted if they have a locking cap.

What is the policy on bringing pets?

No pets are allowed on the bus, except for ADA-defined service animals.

Can I bring a luggage?

No, luggage is not permitted on the bus. However, feel free to bring backpacks and handbags on board.
