Where is the tour located?
Stop #1 is located at Bayside Marketplace, 401 Biscayne Blvd (metro bus stop in front of Island Queen Café). With Big Bus Tours Miami you're free to hop off the bus as much as you like or stay on board for the entire tour loop.

Day Tour (Red Loop):
First Bus: 10:00am from Stop #1 (Bayside Marketplace)
Last Bus: 5:00pm at Stop #1 (Bayside Marketplace)

Bus Frequency: every 60 minutes
Everglades Tour (Green Loop):
First Bus: 8:45am from Stop #2 (Soundscape Park) or 9:30am from Stop #1 (Bayside Marketplace)
Last Bus: 2:15pm from Stop #2 (Soundscape Park) or 2:45pm from Stop #1 (Bayside Marketplace)

What can I see and visit during the tour?
Big Bus Tours Miami takes you to some of the city's most exciting areas, including South Beach, Little Havana, Wynwood, Downtown and more. We have over 20 different stops, all conveniently located close to great landmarks and attractions, making it easy for you to explore the city at your own leisure.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes – we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat.
How will I know where to get off?
The commentary or guide on your bus will announce hop-off stops as the bus arrives at each location, allowing you to hop off at your leisure.
What is the child ticketing policy?
Child tickets are available for passengers aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult (16+). Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities?
Yes, we operate wheelchair accessible vehicles with lifts that can accommodate a weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that our entire fleet in Miami is not wheelchair accessible. If you or your travelling partner(s) requires an ADA accessible vehicle, please contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement. We can then arrange for a suitable vehicle to be available at the time and location required. If you require a different accommodation, please also contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement so we can make arrangements for an accommodation. Please also note that passengers with mobility impairments may not be able to access the upper deck on our buses. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.
I am waiting at a stop and can’t see any buses, what do I do?
Hang in there! BIG cities like to throw all sorts of challenges at our drivers, who are doing their best to get to you as quickly (but safely) as possible.
Can I bring food and drink on the tour?
Food is not permitted on the tour. Drinks are only permitted if they have a locking cap.
What is the policy on bringing pets?
No pets are allowed on board the bus, except ADA service animals.
Is luggage allowed on board the bus?
No, luggage is not permitted on board the bus at this time.
