Our experience at this hotel was incredible. The restaurants, the rooms the amenities all were the highest level. Me and my wife came in for business and had a great time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and Ms Janelle helped solve any issue we had and gave us so much helpful information. We will definitely be back highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived, the service at the Kimpton Palomar was truly outstanding. I travel frequently around the world and stay at many high-end properties, but the team here genuinely stood out in the best way. Daniela at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional—she set the tone for a great stay. David at valet was always quick, courteous, and made the comings and goings seamless. Yayi, our housekeeper, went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless and comfortable, and Rolando’s attentiveness and kindness throughout the stay didn’t go unnoticed. Every single staff member I interacted with was not only friendly, but truly professional. They struck that rare balance of making you feel right at home while still delivering top-tier service. Thank you all for making this a fantastic experience. Keep up the amazing work—this is what hospitality should look like.

We received the best possible service. They were very friendly at reception. On our second day of stay, my daughter celebrated her first birthday, and they prepared a special dish in the restaurant and celebrated with great affection. The hotel offers free transportation to the private beach, and if you wish, they give you a fantastic tour of the city. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Thank you very much.
