Booked here for a few nights based on location and price. Its definitely a younger, hipper feel. Rooms were very small but comfortable besides no chair, desk, etc. Bed was comfy. Shower was good size with decent pressure. Great ocean views. Where this property excels is common space. The entire roof is common space plus another large pool deck area. Plus another patio and the large lobby. I would stay again, if needed.

A lively and affordable l hotel, blessed with two pools in a great location within South Beach. If you are a light sleeper, recommend requesting a room away from Serena bar/restaurant - or just join in the party and sleep another day!

If you want to be in the heart of South Beach and not break the bank, and don’t mind a trashy, party scene, this could be for you but if looking for a relaxing stay, definitely skip it. It is representative of the Moxy brand, tiny rooms, funky vibe. Rooms are small but clean and have large windows. Overall, rooms were fine. The other positive was the access to the beach. It’s about 2 blocks away and you get 2 beach chairs guaranteed. Other than that, service was lacking. Long lines at check in, no concierge service, no answer when calling front desk from room, no housekeeping services provided even when requested. The pool area is ok but music is blasting and turns into a trashy party scene. People coming from all over. A fight even broke out and no one stopped it. Couch areas are very dirty. The rooftop is highly overrated. Pretty views but no service up there. It’s more of an event-focused area, so they don’t even cater to the guests but kick you out for private parties all weekend. Lastly, drinks are outrageously overpriced - $20 for a small beer! Overall, disappointing, and would definitely not come back.

All I can say is a BIG Thank you to Kevin and Daniel....came in last minute to attend the CFP Championship and had another room booked at another hotel and was told after landing 11:30pm that they overbooked me and had no rooms. Got on my Marriott app and Moxy pulled up...had one hotel clerk tell me they had no rooms. Started walking out with tears in my eyes not knowing what to do OR where to go and Kevin came right outside and found me and said he would take care of me. He and Daniel (Daniel was training under Kevin) was able to get me into a room (bunk bed room - solo passenger) and could move me into another room the next day in either a King or Queen room. Told him I was grateful for anything and ended up staying in the bunk room for my stay. Great room with amazing views - Miami vibe both downstairs and upstairs bar was amazing...If it weren't for the amazing service and understanding from both Kevin and Daniel, my trip would have been awful. Overall - location/amenities/atmosphere and SERVICE were amazing! Highly recommend!!

Hotel Staff were lovely but not worth the money. Rooms are tiny, nowhere for suitcases. No drawers just a frame to hang a few clothes. Just came off a cruise so that room was smaller but better equipped by far! The shower drains smell, heard of others having same issues. The lights behind the bed can only be turned off by the main light at the door that turns all lights off. Aircon filter was totally blocked so not sucking air out therefore condensation on windows. They will only service your room upon request but don’t tell you this. I have stayed in at of hotels over the years and I am fairly easy going so for me to complain shows how poor this hotel is. Would not recommend.
