When riding Thriller Miami Speedboats, wind, speed, and direction can sometimes cause water and sea spray to enter the boat. However, if you sit in the back rows, you will definitely get wet.

Do Thriller Miami Speedboats always enter the ocean and reach speeds of 40 mph?

Most of the time, yes. While every effort is made to ensure a safe ride on the speedboat, the captain will assess sea conditions before entering the Atlantic Ocean and/or reaching speeds up to 40 mph.

Can I bring a drink?

Yes, but it has to be in a plastic cup/bottle or can. No glass containers allowed.

Can I bring food?

No, sorry. Bringing food on board the speedboat is not permitted.

Can I take the ride on the speedboat tour if I have a back or neck problem?

Unfortunately no. Guests with serious back/neck problems are not allowed to join this tour.

Can children under 3 years old join the tour?

No, sorry. For safety reasons, children under 3 years old are not permitted on Thriller Miami or Thriller Hurricane.

Yes, for the safety of all passengers and crew, tours need to be canceled if it’s thundering and lighting.
