The room wasn't real big, but it was roomy enough. It was fairly updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had restful 2 nights of sleep. Breakfast was adequate. Could have had more choices. It was too cold for outdoor seating and there are only 5-6 tables indoors and people had to take their food to go. The breakfast area is very small and crowded. The icing on the cake was the balcony overlooking the ocean. We felt that it balanced out the negatives: Didn't know there are 2 buildings, breakfast was in the other building and it was in the low 30s. It was very cold. The "indoor pool" is the size of an oversized hot tub and it is in a walled off section of the tiny parking garage (5 spaces) under the 9 story building. So you have to go outside to go to and from the pool. A problem when it is in the 30s. Parking is mainly in a generic unsecured parking lot across the street. But we didn't have a problem there. Overall, I believe the price speaks to the inconveniences. And I was happy to have an overfront room with a balcony for the price it was.

I chose this hotel because of the location and the reviews. The room I was given was in the “annex” building, which is 2 buildings down from where you check in. The building appears to be an old motel that BW purchased and converted. The first room I was given had a strong odor of paint or some petroleum product. They kindly moved me to another room. The room wasn’t very clean and the door didn’t fully close. The parking lot seemed like an alley and felt unsafe. Breakfast in the main building was good, and the location right on the beach is excellent! I wonder if my experience would have been better if my room would have been in the main building?

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a great location and it’s right on the beach. They have a very wonderful staff. All my reservations went well all the way to the time I checked in to I checked out. They have absolute wonderful breakfast and very clean rooms, they have a receptionist named Michelle, who is extremely courtesy.

This Best Western is at the beach you have to take that into consideration. A lot of the hotel is older although our room was an upper floor and upgraded? In my opinion the decor didn't match red turquoise gold taupe carpets but it was clean and it did the job. The bathroom is ridiculously small like the door hits the bathtub. Parking can be an issue make sure you know where to park there is extra. Breakfast was attended by staff very very crowded so plan on bringing your food to your room but it was good Would I go again for an average beach trip yes
