The room had lots of space and was comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a huge tub/shower combo. The tub was not a jetted tub. The place was very clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful! All were helpful and extremely friendly. Always easy and smooth. My daughter stated that it felt like you were on a cruise ship but on land. The atmosphere was bright and cheery. We could celebrate the New Year and not have to worry about driving. I love everything about the resort, but it was a bit pricey. They did allow us to switch rooms since we weren't comfortable with the room; other than that nothing was really added to our stay. The noise level of the property was quiet especially at night. It would be nice to have the breakfast buffet as complementary. The upkeep was great!

The stay at Avista was great. We stayed in the 3 bedroom end unit. The glass wall views were gorgeous! Would like to return when the weather warms up a bit. We used the indoor pools/lazy river/hot tubs while we were there.
