Great place for our little trip. Hotel staff was awesome. Gave me no problems after my reservation had fallen out of the system due to us being late for check in. Clean and felt safe. My daughter (14) had a friend staying a floor below us and I was fine with them going back in forth alone. Coach with the Bell Stafe was so helpful in getting us loaded up and ready to get on the road

The best was so comfortable. I had such a a great night's sleep every night. Very clean facilities. Highly recommended. Mr. Cornelius, the gentleman who took me via golf cart to my car was extremely kind, caring and his manners was very refreshing. Awesome customer service is very rare now days. As a previous customer service I appreciate this. You all have a one of a kind with him. I didn't have the pleasure to meet any of the others, I'm sure they are just as nice. Great job hiring team.

Arrived at the Avista was greeted by an extremely nice and courteous man named Coach. Room was very clean and the staff were superb. Went out to the outside bar with some friends, enjoyed the sun, drinks weren’t made correctly the male bartender (Greg) was very arrogant Later that evening we found out there was a bar on the 4th floor, decided to have a few drinks with some friends, big mistake !!! This bartender had no clue on how to make drinks, asked for a lemon drop and got a blue colored drink that tasted like he poured half a bottle of vodka in it, the lady two seats down took a few sips of her drink and had to go throw up, she wasn’t happy when she left, he (Todd) talked to one fella about being a bartender years ago, that fella shook his head and left. Approximately 30 minutes passed and he told another guy that came in he had never bartended this was his first “gig” Wow what was this place thinking when hiring this bartender… the only thing he could do right was get customers beer then he had issues with the register and saying I didn’t add the tip and cursed. He tried calling someone and I guess they walked him through on how to do his job, this guy has no business being a bartender only 5 customers in there and he started getting panicky, he called someone again and asked them how to make a old fashion, my GOD what’s wrong with this dude We left the next evening we decided to try once more, totally different bartender oh my GOD was he good, he made the best drinks, outstanding personality, and he had us drinking drinks we never heard of, so out of character for us for we like the same ole drinks, so to speak, he definitely had us experiencing new tasteful drinks, this bartender rocked !!! Tried talking him into moving to our hometown so we could have him at our local bar. This man changed our minds about the bar on that 4th floor I believe his name is Louis, we will definitely look for him when we come back and tell all our friends about him at the Avista, he made our trip so enjoyable, before leaving we asked him if he would be there the next night, he said in a sad voice I’m afraid I am not scheduled, he said Todd will be back. We decided to go to a bar down the street called OD’s Avista, Louis is keeper Will be back in July with different friends, can’t wait to see their facial expressions when they sip some of Louis’ creations
