Please be advised that Tripster is actively working with both our attractions and travelers to accommodate the many event and park closures that have happened recently.

As you can imagine, we have been inundated with emails from our customers wishing to either cancel or reschedule. We are diligently working through those one at a time. Rest assured, however, to our knowledge every attraction that has had a closure has granted the ability to get a refund or use for a future date. Even if we've missed a cancellation cutoff for your order.

We ask that you be patient as we work through all the orders. You will not be overlooked.

For those inquiring about refunds, we too are diligently working to process them.
