"Perfect staycation"

We had an incredible experience. Our room was on the corner so we had an excellent full view of the water, there was so much action between the planes landing, kayakers, boats, cop boats buzzing around. We loved it. Very relaxing day by the pool enjoying delicious bites and cocktails. We really enjoyed the Paloma made with Espolon tequila. Service was excellent as well. We only live 10 mins drive away but it felt like we were in a different city, which we loved. Highly recommend

This hotel has the best location along the waterfront. Very walkable with beautiful trails and places to sit. Restaurants are everywhere. However, the best in the hotel, is both the staff and service. The cafe is awesome, the pool has an incredible location and our room was very comfortable and clean! We had excellent prompt service from the staff for getting a new remote and more chamomile tea! This is our first time here and we will definitely return!

We stayed in a lovely room - King Suite with massive windows and a view of the harbour. The staff were helpful - our TV wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it, so gave us a complimentary breakfast.

"Avoid at all costs - party hotel!!"

Terrible hotel avoid at all costs!! We stayed here with our 2 children for 2 nights, hotel was so noisy with loud music from multiple rooms so we couldn’t sleep. Got moved to a cheaper room at 11pm. No compensation as booked through booking.com who is a 3rd party. Terrible staff at desk and arrogant manager Ricardo who couldn’t care less. Avoid and use another hotel. More like a party hotel!

"Blue Views from the Radisson Blu"

Fabulous location and great hotel right by the lakeside. A short walk to Union Station and trams (Streetcars) pass the door. Very close to the CN tower ferries across to Toronto Island Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Room booking didn't come with Breakfast so didn't sample the in house offering. The hotel also has a pool.
