Landmark Resort is within 2 miles of the Family Kingdom and within 3 miles of Broadway at the Beach attractions and Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Landmark Resort guestrooms offer microwaves, refrigerators, premium channels, and furnished balconies. Other amenities include an on-site restaurant and lounge, indoor and outdoor pool facilities, Seasonal Waterpark, and a covered parking garage.

H2Oasis Waterpark is open seasonally. Waterpark hours are subject to change and weather-permitting.
Indoor Water Features: Open and heated year-round.
Outdoor Pool: Open year-round. Heated seasonally approximately October through May.
Outdoor Lazy River: Open and heated seasonally approximately March through October.
Outdoor Whirlpool: Open and heated year-round.

Local Residents Policy: Landmark Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.

All fees will be paid upon check-in.
Balance due must be paid by credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and valid ID.
Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.

Daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally, all rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay for main building rooms. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required. Trash will be emptied upon request (for main building accommodations).

Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

"A relaxing stay!!"

It was an excellent value for the money. I had a King Oceanfront room. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The view was outstanding. There is no substitute for waking up to the sound of ocean waves crashing on the shore. We had an issue with the toilet on our 4th day, and it was immediately addressed by the front desk, and maintenance responded with promptness and professionalism.

Absolutely loved it!! Great water amenities, as well as comfy rooms. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves during this stay! Wish it had been for a longer amount of time. Also met a lot of nice people from all over the states!!! I cannot wait to go stay at Landmark Resort Again!

"Mother’s Day, vacation trip."

Very kind staff at the pool areas and at the bar love that they provide towels for the inside pools. We did have a couple complications with our room, but the host quickly eliminated those problems and got us a fan immediately when he found out, ours was broke would definitely recommend to a friend. Good for families and kids.

The staff is helpful and attentive. The resort is clean and well maintained- the water park and pool side refreshment stands are fun and affordable! Great beach access. Perfect vacation vibe! .We love coming to Landmark year after year and enjoy seeing some of the same friendly faces.

"Mixed Experience at Landmark Resort"

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Landmark Resort in a 1-bedroom oceanfront condo for the first time. The location is incredibly convenient - right on the strip and within walking distance to everything you need! What We Loved The ocean views from our condo were absolutely breathtaking - waking up to that scenery every morning was definitely a highlight of our trip. The lazy river and outdoor pool area had a great atmosphere and was perfect for relaxing. Room for ImprovementUnfortunately, several amenities were closed during our stay, including all the resort restaurants and the water park. This was disappointing as we had looked forward to trying these facilities. Despite some letdowns, we appreciated the location and views enough that we plan to give the Landmark another chance in the future. Hopefully next time we'll get to experience all the resort has to offer!
