Older hotel but super nice staff. We could see daylight under the door and a few of the fixtures were loose, but hey, we didn’t go to Orlando to stay in the hotel all day. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff is probably the absolutely most accommodating of any we’ve had in the 10 years we’ve been going to Orlando. I booked this hotel not expecting much at 30$ a night, but was pleasantly surprised by the hot breakfast and good service.

Room was clean but did see 2 small roaches in bathroom. Room next door had a barking dog off and on all night plus they played TV loud at 3.30am. The kid started screaming. Then man and woman appeared to have a very loud verbal argument. Reported it to the front desk on check out.

It's the fourth time I've stay on this hotel. Its always clean, odorless, the breakfast is amazing and has variety everyday, The staff is very helpful and kind. Location is very good, you have so much useful things near. The rooms are very comfortable, organized.
