There is the Chateau Grille, Atrium Café and Wine Bar, Sweet Shoppe, Downstairs Deli and Library Lounge. Room service is available daily. All shop hours are seasonal. Sassafras Movie Theatre shows recently released DVD’s that are kid-friendly. From April through September the Chateau Marina is open. They offer boat and jet-ski rentals. They also offer complimentary use of non-motorized watercraft (paddleboats, canoes and kayaks). An outdoor playground, tennis courts and basketball hoop are also available. These are seasonal as well.

What is the minimum age to check in?

The reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this facility. A matching, government-issued, valid photo ID and a credit card are required.

Yes. A nightly resort fee of $28/night plus taxes is collected upon arrival. What are the pool hours?

The indoor pool and whirlpool are available 24 hours for adults, closing at 10 pm for children 18 and under. The indoor pool and whirlpool close at 10 pm Sunday and reopens at 8 am Monday for maintenance. The outdoor pool and whirlpool are open from 9 am to 10 pm based on the weather. It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Is parking available? Is it free?

Daily parking fees: valet $25 plus tax, covered garage self-parking $15 plus tax or $10 plus tax exterior self-parking.

Is late check-in available?

All reservations are guaranteed for late arrival.

Does the resort accept pets?

Yes. Pets are allowed on the 3rd floor. Pets are limited to 50 pounds or less and guests are charged a $150 fee per stay. If a guest is bringing a pet, it must be noted at the time of reservation. All pet fees will be paid to the resort by the guest directly.

The Chateau on the Lake is a non-smoking facility. This includes all guest rooms and balconies. There is a $250 recovery fee if a guest smokes in their room or on the balcony. The hotel has designated smoking areas outside.
