"Quiet and clean"

Very quiet. It was during Black Friday. Clean. Staff courteous. Gym was large and roomy. No machine weights, just free weights and cardio machines. Have gym mats. Room was nice but we got the bad view. Wish they would’ve given a free upgrade to a nicer view considering how empty the hotel was perfect location. Very close to the boarder. Had to pay for parking.

"Good for a trip to Niagara Falls"

We stayed at the Wyndham in October 2025 and came away with mixed reviews. There are many positives. The daily rates were very attractive, and the location is perfect if you wish to visit the Falls or hop over into Canada. The overall rating got dragged down due to several nuisance type issues that came about primarily since this is a little older hotel. The bar/restaurant was closed due to the fact it was “off-season” at the beginning of the week. Understandable, but we were there for a conference and the hotel was filled, so it seemed the only option to eat should have been open. The iron in the room didn’t work. The front desk quickly replaced it. Our first coffee maker didn’t work, and the replacement didn’t either. Third time was a charm. Strangely, we had to replace our keys twice after the initial keys. The first time the front desk stated we were set up for only a one night stay and the keys needed to be reactivated. No reasonable explanation was given the second time. The windows in the room were permanently fogged over to due window condensation which left an unsightly view. Overall, the staff attitude was average but not extraordinary. The elevators are a little slow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But be prepared for issues that come with older hotels.

Reception staff were not very helpful and quite miserable when we arrived, the rooms have lot of space and clean , bed made a noise, got BIT a few times in bed. The fridge froze everything, couldn’t adjust.

What a beautiful clean place, 2 blocks from Niagara Falls state park. We stayed on the eighth floor what a view to Canada side all of the beautiful lights.

"A bad experience at this Wyndham resort"

We are a winemas VIP member We have been a member for windhams for years. From the start we were treated really bad by the front lady clerk that checked us in. The room was very small poorly lit and needed some assistance It had been updated at one time. You could not see out the windows because this seal is broken in the glass. What you could see was a large air conditioner unit sitting right in front of the window. Right next to the air conditioner unit with an old pair of underwear and a bunch of trash that has been on the roof for years. The elevator shook rattled and rolled we were afraid to write it and use the stairs most of the time. The last night we were there they were approximately 100 young ladies in the basement where you come in off the parking garage. Summer sleeping somewhere dancing and singing and jumping around. I ask at the front desk what was going on she said she did not know she had trouble coming into the entrance and getting into the elevator like I did. At 12:30 a.m. they were still partying and you could hear them downstairs. The front of the building had chunks of concrete falling off of it onto the pavement not one spot but many spots. The parking garage was scary and chunks of concrete was falling off the walls and water was running in from the rain of the night before.
