Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls, NY

We are a winemas VIP member We have been a member for windhams for years. From the start we were treated really bad by the front lady clerk that checked us in. The room was very small poorly lit and needed some assistance It had been updated at one time. You could not see out the windows because this seal is broken in the glass. What you could see was a large air conditioner unit sitting right in front of the window. Right next to the air conditioner unit with an old pair of underwear and a bunch of trash that has been on the roof for years. The elevator shook rattled and rolled we were afraid to write it and use the stairs most of the time. The last night we were there they were approximately 100 young ladies in the basement where you come in off the parking garage. Summer sleeping somewhere dancing and singing and jumping around. I ask at the front desk what was going on she said she did not know she had trouble coming into the entrance and getting into the elevator like I did. At 12:30 a.m. they were still partying and you could hear them downstairs. The front of the building had chunks of concrete falling off of it onto the pavement not one spot but many spots. The parking garage was scary and chunks of concrete was falling off the walls and water was running in from the rain of the night before.

I have stayed King suite room with casino view for 3 nights 4 days. 5 Star for the room size and view. 1 star for Guest Behavior. "The Hotel was a fantastic choice for our recent trip to the niagra falls usa. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Niagara falls USA and its attractions. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Not very impressed with the attentive service from the staff, during my stay I have meet with three of the staffs in the front desk all of them seem to be not welcoming as well as tired like they have been working 24 hours. I sometime sat in the lobby to check the behavior of them with other clients too. Very bad experience. Its a hospitability job you guys are doing come on have some smile on the face with some attitude to answer the questions a guest might have. Not a sad dull face showing no interest to talk to any guest. The hotel's amenities, like the swimming pool is good and awesome but remember its cold water only no heated up but you will love swimming as the water is clean and everything surrounding it is great, fitness center, were also a great addition, there is a small free guest laundry with one speed queen machine of dryer and washer. The Suite room i booked was expensive so I was expecting the parking to be free. But to my surprise when I reached there they took money out of my credit card without even informing me for what are they charging me for. When I went to the front desk I found out it was for my car park outside $30 a night. The best part is the room was equipped with HEATED towel rack, standing jetted showers, big screen two TVs, study desk, kitchen , dinning, and nice bed with view. 10 stars for the room settings and view. But remember they only clean if you request them early in the morning to clean the place. Overall the software system the owner introduced I love it it keeps you track of your stay by the mobile app and text message. The price is good for this kind of suite room. The location is 10 star awesome. Everything in the hotel you will enjoy only thing is the guest service team in the front desk they have to be changed to give the hotel a smiling face.

This hotel is very reasonably priced and it is located an easy walking distance from Niagara Falls. There are plenty of food options available both in and around the hotel. I highly recommend

Wish they do room service everyday to get fresh towels, coffee pods refilled and trash removed. Rooms were clean and neat. View was great from the room. Location was the highlight as all attractions are within minutes of walk. Lot of restaurant options around.
