Very overpriced for what you get compared to the other resort hotels. I would even put Sapphire Falls over this hotel in pretty much every category (other than the potential for a park view). The pricing for the food and drinks was over the top by theme park standards. The lobby is small and the furniture uncomfortable. You are basically over paying for park access and you don't even get express. I feel bad for anyone who paid ~850/night back in June for a standard rate when they gouged it. With all that in mind, I probably won't bother going back to EPIC until they expand a couple more times. Your money is much better spent at Royal Pacific>Sapphire Falls>Aventura depending on your budget.

Housekeeping, front desk, and room service staff were wonderful. Coffee from room service arrived hot and ready. Staff at the aurora market were great as well- the hot sandwiches are a yes! Fitness center- machines and are were all clean Entire hotel was cleaned and well noted Lotus Lagoon: 12/10 recommend eating at the pool bar after a day at the parks. The best and Mariana is fabulous and brings great customer service vibes to the people she serves! The grilled fish sandwich and salad were by far some of the best fish sandwiches I’ve had in a while!

This place is absolutely stunning. It is worth every penny you spend for the opportunity to stay inside the Epic Universal Theme Park. We had windows overlooking the park and just sat there in the evening looking out the window and enjoying. You enter the park from inside the hotel. The pool is amazing and so is the onsite restaurant. If you go to Epic Universe, stay here!

I booked our October stay the minute reservations opened up for this hotel so got an EXTREMELY generous rate compared to current rates. Our only hiccup the entire stay was a 30 minute wait to check in at 9 PM on a Wednesday, but after that everything was wonderful. Andy, one of the managers, treated my entire family like true VIPs our entire trip. Any time we needed anything at all, he was there to make our trip easier and memorable, and he went way above and beyond to do so. It's the hospitality that we received from him and all other staff that will certainly keep us coming back. The dedicated entrance to Epic Universe is an absolute game changer. We were able to pop back in our room for a rest mid day without feeling like we were missing valuable park time, and being able to watch the nighttime show from our park view room or the rooftop bar was a real treat. Dining was pretty expensive but everything we ate and drank was phenomenal. As other reviewers experienced, there was some minor cosmetic damage in the room which was surprising for a brand new hotel, but at least for us it was nothing too distracting. We can't wait to return!

"Unique views of Epic Universe, exceptional service and luxury room."

Stayed in a theme park view room. Amazing views of the park day and night, room is luxurious with an excellent shower. Early access into the park right next to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is extremely beneficial due to the queuing for Battle at the Ministry ride providing ample time to get the the front of the ride queue before anyone else. Hotel overall is visually stunning, staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help. Will be coming back in the future, one thing I would like to see if Express Pass being added as part of the signature hotel package alongside the other offerings.
