From accommodations to amenities to services, Summer Bay Resort has it all! The resort features a 64-acre lake with watersports, fishing, boating, and sandcastle fun. A children's waterpark, 18-hole adventure golf, bocci ball, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes are also on site. Planned activities for children, teens, and adults are available 7 days a week. Take advantage of the game room, fitness room, tiki bar, business center, and on-site ticket sales.

Each condo unit in Summer Bay Orlando comes with a full kitchen with a dining area, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, sink, dishwasher and more. A washer/dryer combo is also available as well as a living area.

Important Information
    Please note that Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a cashless environment. Credit card holders will be provided an Amenities Charge Card at check-in for use around the resort at food & beverage outlets and other for other on-site experiences.
  • Fees: A Resort Fee of $30 plus tax per night, per room is due upon check in. Additionally, the resort requires a credit card at check-in for a $250 refundable deposit.
  • Check-in Location: 17805 US Highway 192 W, Clermont FL 34714. All Summer Bay Orlando guests must check-in at the resort's Club House which is approximately a one to two minutes' drive as you pass the security guard at the entrance.

Excellent resort with friendly staff, nice amenities, clean grounds, easy check-in, fair prices, and close to amusement parks. Plenty of restaurants and gift shops close by. Highly recommended for family vacations.

Resort amenities were great. Grounds were well kept. We were in one of the older buildings. You could not sleep on the beds, they needed replaced. Our grandson had black hands, knees and feet from crawling on the dirty carpets. Our washer was broken but they replaced it that day. Staff was rude when we asked why our room did not get housekeeping on they day they setup.

Chech in chould have been much better. We kept asking if our room was ready and they said no not yet it is still being cleaned at 5:00. Well other people continued to check in. For a couple of hrs. The floors in the room were dirty. Our feet got black. Not happy!!!

You have to remember this is a timeshare. No matter how long you plan to stay there, at some point you will encounter a timeshare salesman. In my case, we we only staying on night because we had an event in the area the next day. After checking in, you have to get your parking ticket “validated “. This is an unnecessary step that puts you in contact with timeshare salesmen staff. Be prepared, This is where the timeshare pressure begins. You have to have a good story together to get out of there. Other than that uncomfortable experience, the resort is nice.. it’s fairly well maintained with nice amenities.
