A children's waterpark, 18-hole adventure golf, bocci ball, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes are also on site. Planned activities for children, teens, and adults are available 7 days a week. Take advantage of the game room, fitness room, tiki bar, business center, and on-site ticket sales.

Each condo unit in Summer Bay Orlando comes with a full kitchen with a dining area, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, sink, dishwasher and more. A washer/dryer combo is also available as well as a living area.

    Please note that Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a cashless environment. Credit card holders will be provided an Amenities Charge Card at check-in for use around the resort at food & beverage outlets and other for other on-site experiences.
  • Fees: A Resort Fee of $30 plus tax per night, per room is due upon check in. Additionally, the resort requires a credit card at check-in for a $250 refundable deposit.

This resort was very well kept. Family of 6 people with four grandkids, ages 2 thru 12. there was plenty to do at the resort. four pools plus a kids splashpad. mini golf and adventure park with zip lines and rock climbing. this resort was walkable through out plus they had a shuttle. Its location was at the end of 192 east, so a few miles to Disney. I would stay there again.

This place has it all BUT don't be fooled! I received a discounted rate because I agreed to attend a 90 minute timeshare sales presentation. I was really interested in what they had to say, even stayed an hour past the 90 mins. I asked why I was placed in such a crappy room if they wanted me to become a member of their club and the lady that did my presentation said that was a 'sales strategy' so that I can see the difference in units IF I were to become an owner. My unit smelled like MOLD, sofa bed was broken, tubs were dangerously slippery, stove vent was broken, beds were uncomfortable.

The 2 bedroomVilla is disgusting we're here now and have decided to leave. All you can smell is mold. Showed the manager pictures of the mold and he flat out didn't care. Im disgusted with the lack of customer service from the manager. There really is no excuse for renting out rooms this filthy to families. If you request a cleaner room it's a $280 upgrade.

Nice resort rooms are a bit outdated. Beds are not comfortable at all. My body was killing me from sleeping in that hard bed. Furniture and rugs are very old. You can tell they don’t clean the carpets. Staff were very polite and helpful
