The place was a little bit tired looking, and one of my business colleague needed to change the room due to smell of fecal matter. Maybe most concerning was that my room door was found open (unlocked, obviously open when walking down the hallway) when I came back from work in the evening. I assume that the cleaners did not lock it, errors happen, but obviously a 10/10 error. Otherwise reasonable clean and suites are large. Air conditioner extremely loud, so need ear plugs when staying there.

I check in on Monday June 2 around 11:00pm Big shout Out to Iris at front desk for making my experience memorable Iris is an absolute sweetheart who cares and loves her guest. Me and my family will be back just for Iris outstanding service. I booked a King bed studio I fell in love on how this property looks and makes you feel when you walk in such a great presence. Thinnest walls. I stayed there for two nights and both nights I lost sleep because the footsteps in the room above me were vibrating the ceiling. Two diff guests so it wasn’t that either were being particularly loud, it’s the way the hotel was built? I had co-workers who had the same problem with the guests beside them. Also the shower had a sputtery shower head. Poor sleep, poor shower, poor stay.

Large rooms that support multiple people and is close to shopping center and six flags. About 25-30 mins from the riverwalk. Breakfast included but options very limited. Standard eggs, bacon, toast and cereal. One day there was oatmeal and yogurt. Small pool on site and laundry machines on each floor.

As an Elite member of Bonvoy, I have never stayed at a hotel with poor service. There’s no complimentary welcome water nor upgrades. They had an upgrade but I had to use extra points for it. That’s not an upgrade. The beds were not shaken, they just threw the cover on the beds, folded the top down and put the pillows on. Our sheets were never shaken or straightened out, we had to do it ourselves every night. On Monday, we go downstairs for breakfast at 8:26 to find out they were out of 50% of the food and coffee and wasn’t going to restock. We will never stay here again.
