    Although our trip heading down to Florida was pretty much a nightmare.. the moment we arrived at Spectrum all was well. Robert greeted us with a great smile and willingness to make us feel like we arrived at home. He was so professional, kind and made the taxing travel simply fade away into the atmosphere. He was even so kind to drive us to our residence. He is truly an asset to Spectrum. We look forward to returning.

    We suppose to stay for 11 days. Reservation was made and accepted. But when we arrived at the resort, to our big surprise it seems that this resort doesn't accept international credit cards. So, we stayed @the Embassy Suites nearby instead, which happens to be even cheaper, and our credit card was gladly accepted.

    Although all issues were reported SEVERAL times, still ZERO WiFi the ENTIRE stay! No ice, dryer didn’t work, ZERO customer service, they do NOT answer the phone at the front desk. DO NOT STAY THERE!! Spoke with several so called managers Denay, who promised to not only speak with the other managers to determine a compensation amount but would give me a call the next morning with that info but she did not follow through!!! I spoke with managers Brian Jones, and Brian McNeil the General Manager never came out of his office! I had to make several trips to the front to speak with anyone because they do NOT answer the phone, and each time they all acted as if it was their first time having the conversation. DO NOT STAY at this property, but don't take my word for it, check out the reviews on Google and Yelp!

    A fantastic apartment, It was so well equipped, modern and beautiful. It felt new and so fresh. The outdoor area was enclosed which was great having a 3 year old in the family. We loved our 3 nights stay and can absolutely recommend it. Thank you!
