Wonderful updated hotel. Clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and quick to check us in and valet my vehicle. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Upon entering the Club Lounge, Matthew and Sandra were there to provide a wonderful welcome. The food out was excellent and never ran low. Plates were collected quickly and efficiently. As a Marriott ambassador, I was very happy with the quality of the lounge. This was an excellent stay that the family and I enjoyed while visiting the Universal Hollywood park.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Helen and Maria. They were absolutely fantastic always polite, full of positive energy, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Their service went above and beyond what we expected, and they truly made us feel welcome and well cared for. From their warm attitude to their consistent professionalism, Helen and Maria really stood out and also made my daughter feel special for her birthday. Great service all around!

The customer service was A1. Maria and Helen at the lounge and Fernando at the concierge desk were amazing. I needed to get few items that wasn’t available at the hotel and they flipped the hotel upside down to find it. A million thanks to you guys. Keep up the good work. The room and the amenities were good as well but the personnel was what made the stay great.

Had a great experience from the moment we pulled up! Mostafa greeted us enthusiastically at the curb, and looked after our car while we got everything up to the room. Jerry at check in is hands down the best front desk greeter ever! High energy and so fun! We came to universal for our daughter’s 10th birthday and he set the tone for a great trip! He sent a handwritten note up to our daughter wishing her a happy birthday, along with a piece of cake. Stellar customer service all around from everyone we interacted with. Room was great, great views from the 8th floor.

The best part of my stay was when I got to the door and Joshua saw my brother and I struggling with our bags and offered to help! The room was decent, wish it had more actual room but decent. I appreciate they had my room right next to the elevator with my ada issues
