"Great stay for the family"

The room was great!! First time in a family suite and it was so comfortable plenty of room for all of us. Hotel desk staff was still friendly and very accommodating.

I visited Niagara Falls over spring break 2026 staying in the Sheraton on the New York side. The Sheraton was more than accommodating for my daughter and I. Miss Jenny the front desk supervisor was absolutely amazing when we were checking in and she not only upgraded us but for us in a room that led to the best nights sleep that I have had in a long time never mind in a hotel. All the staff from housekeeping to the club Lounge we're absolutely amazing friendly and better than anyone could ever expect from the bottom of our heart thank you for making this the most autism friendly vacation we have ever had.

The staff at check-in in and mid-afternoon were fantastic. Friendly smiled full of information anytime we asked. However, the dust person that we went to about 7:00 was kind of rude. She kind gave us a little bit of an attitude. When we asked what there was to do on this cold night. We didn't let it bother us. There was also a lot of kids in the hotel for some reason they were up until about 2:00 in the morning. We didn't call down. We understand its it's spring break so there's no reason to report it but they were extremely loud over our heads and in the hallway.

Despite being under construction during the off season the hotel was still well maintained. Our room had been updated already and the new touches to the room made it worth the stay. Staff were pleasant and courteous. With the updating and construction our room door would not lock initially. The staff handle the maintenance issue promptly. I would highly recommend the Sheraton!
