"Niagara Falls in December"

This was a very relaxing stay. The Sheraton's fitness center and pool are great on-site emenities; a very nice location with a restaurant and Starbucks. The suite was spacious and more than comfortable. I will definitely stay here again; a nice weekend getaway.

"Bogus destination & resort fees"

The place is okay BUT they add the bogus fees on the bill which ruins the experience of staying there. IF Sheraton really wanted to do something (like being honest) their advertise prices should either include the fees or just charge more for the room.

Comfy bed and a clean room. Coffee and water in the room. Bathroom had everything needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Well situated to the Seneca Niagara Resort where we attended a concert. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to others.

"Great and quiet to visit off season"

Off-season, between Monday to Thursdays the hotel has a very low occupancy and the pool. sauna and workout area are effectively unused. It’s a great way to go for almost a personal spa day or two. The odd-season weekends get super busy with sports tournament teams.

"Perfect stay at a perfect hotel."

The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The hot tubs and pool were great and area was very clean. The aquarium was a delight because of the many different and beautiful fish. All staff were super friendly and helpful. We walked over through the walkway to Seneca Casino and didn't realize part of the walk was outside so make sure you wear something warm because it was freezing outside. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future!
