We are Westin owners and used points to stay here at the beginning and end of a month long trip.The Manager David Weaver went out of his way to make sure we had a upgraded room for both stays and was so gracious and nice..I really appreciated his extra care..A+ service!! Loved this place..great bar and pool/dining..pool tables and shuffleboard! Nice walking path too!

My wife and I live on Kauai and whenever we need a staycation we choose this hotel. It has such a relaxing beach vibe and never disappoints. We also are regulars at the charming poolside bar and restaurant, The Crooked Surf. Not only are the drinks spectacular the food is also always on point. What really sets it apart is the staff! Everyone who works there truly embodies the Aloha spirit and gives the customer the best experience one could ask for! Special shout outs to Janice, Shay, Kyle and Aden!
