DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Run down photos make it look really nice. Needs room refresh and all around refresh. Staff at front desk great. Charged for valet parking and never used. Hotels do this when you are not looking. Give me my $20 back after spending 1600 ill give you 5 stars.

Loved my stay at the resort! It’s not a huge property, which I actually liked, as it felt more relaxed and never too crowded. The room was big, super clean, and had a boutique island vibe (loved the ocean mural on the wall). Perfect spot to chill after a day out exploring. The staff here, especially in the restaurant, were amazing - friendly, helpful, and always smiling. It definitely made me feel welcome. The beach out front isn’t really for swimming or “playing,” but the view is gorgeous. Just sitting there watching the waves was so peaceful. Only small downsides: the hallways are a bit dark, the shower pressure could be stronger, and the WIFI is IN FACT PRETTY SLOW. Also, the big red umbrellas around the pool kind of block the otherwise great view. Overall, still a great stay and I’d come back in a heartbeat! 🌴

Would not recommend for honeymoons and special occasions. The hotel has a nice aesthetic and even the basic rooms are nice, the pool is calm and serene, and very beautiful. Unfortunately, I would not recommend coming here if you are on your honeymoon or celebrating anything special. We checked in 2 days after getting married and I had called in advance to let them know we would be on our honeymoon. At checkin the front desk did not mention anything so I asked to ensure they had it listed and they did… but no congrats or anything after saying she had it noted. It felt brushed off. We booked a standard room overlooking the coconut grove. We didn’t need a fancy view and the room worked fine. It was comfortable and nice furniture. The only issue was the luau was right outside our window, super loud, until 9pm most nights of the 4 night stay 🫠 . It wouldn’t normally be an issue, but most things on the island close early, so we were having early nights in our room. I’d recommend booking a diff room type if you don’t want to be close to the noise. We were not looking for a lot, just a little acknowledgement of the honeymoon. I worked in the hospitality for 10 years, so I hate to complain, but this felt like a huge miss. Other than this issue, the hotel was fine. Did not blow us away but served its purpose. The Food was expensive for the quality. We avoided eating there after the first day or 2. At checkout, I mentioned they did not acknowledge the honeymoon despite calling in advance and mentioning it at checkin, and the staff apologized and gave us a small box of chocolate. We appreciated the attempted recovery but wished we didn’t have to bring it up 3 times to be acknowledged.

This place is extremely noisy, and the wifi simply doesn’t work despite saying high speed wifi on their website. The staff is aware but they don’t want to modify it in the website. The rooms are old and the floor is a plastic material which seemed to have been flooded and even the windows haven’t been washed, you can barely see through (see picture). I’d suggest to avoid this place.
