We had a wonderful stay here! It's blessedly close to the airport so you only have a 15 minute shuttle after a long day of traveling. We had no issues getting lounges near the pool when we needed them. Our room was just enough for us to relax in and cool off after excursions. It was thoughtfully cleaned every day by Eva and Belle. The restaurant staff were all thoughtful and caring especially Alex, Alisha, Kimi, Napula, Rylene, Donna, Melody, Priscilla, and omelet chef Charlie. The Concierge staff Karen and Nikki were both extra helpful and wise with their advise. Overall we had an outstanding trip and we recommend this resort!

Our family of 10 stayed for a week at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach resort. We all (ages 4 to 64) had an excellent experience. Rooms, food, pool & staff were all the absolute best. We enjoyed the Luau & are already talking about a return trip.

Loved this hotel! The pools and hot tub were very nice and it was right on the beach. The water was too rough to ever get in the ocean but the hotel was really nice. Have beachside games to play like cornhole and connect 4. Have a poolside bar and entertainment in the evenings. Loved being outside in the evenings at the pool and sitting out by the fire pits. Had a nice clean room and the parking is free. Don’t see that often in Hawaii! I would stay here again if go to Kauai.

The Sheraton Kaui at Coconut Beach was the nicest hotel with the best amenities and staff. It was quiet, the doors were soundproof, the lobby is stunning and open and you walk out to the pool and see the ocean right there!! It was the most beautiful setting for a vacation. We enjoyed lounging on the beach every morning in the chairs that were set out for us. You can ride bikes, you can workout in there amazing gym, play games, grab a snack or meal at the restaurant or bar, everything was great. Clean rooms, great towel service, I could go on and on. Best of all was their friendly staff. Virgie greeted us and welcomes us with her warm smile and generous hospitality. We will miss chatting with her daily. She is a gem at that hotel! Kekeo also helped us secure a great room on the 4th floor and was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning here to this hotel. Oh and another favorite part of this hotel was the Longs Drugs across the street where we could load up on snacks and drinks at night! I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the Sheraton at coconut Beach. Mahalo!!!
