Circular trip around the Bay, taking in Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge and Alcatraz. Duration 1hr. History lesson included! We really enjoyed it. Best view of the city you can get, without the traffic and noise.

"Informational tour"

Myself and five friends arrived hoping to visit Alcatraz Island, little did we know that you need to make reservations apparently months in advance. We settled for a 90 minute tour that took us out past the Golden Gate Bridge, around Alcatraz Island twice and around San Francisco Bay. The tour was informational regarding the history of the area. Money well spent.

"What Service!"

My daughter and I bought ferry tickets to Sausalito at the pier. Unknowingly, I left my wallet on the ledge at the ticket counter. We left to explore the area for about an hour, before boarding the ferry. While in line to board, a representative of the Blue & Gold Fleet approached me, informing me that my wallet had been turned in by two visitors. I had no idea I had left it!! The rep had been searching for me ever since then. I’m happy to say, nothing was taken. I cannot thank the representative and the two good Samaritan’s enough! Thank you a million times over for your kindness!! I am truly grateful.

Cycled to Sausalito over the Golden Gate Bridge...lovely...lunch at Barrel House Tavern.....lovely....then queued for almost 2 hours to get the ferry! No organisation...total free for all...staff dis-courteous and inconsiderate to family groups separating us from our children....recommend NOT getting ferry back but cycling. .
