Great hotel really well located by Pier 39. Fantastic breakfast at The Eagle Cafe included. Really comfy bed and spacious room and we had a great view to the bay. Nice touches like a little free Smores making kit with fire pits in the courtyard. Instant boiling water and cold water as well as microwaves in the kitchen room on each floor as well as ice machine. Lovely staff. Would recommend.

The staff were helpful although we were told we were on the 4th floor but given rooms on 3rd floor. The view from 3rd floor nearest to the bay views were good although my room had no heat. The maintenance guy tried to fix but could not. The staff compensated with a discounted rate and moved us to other rooms. We enjoyed the amenities, roasting marshmellows, playing ping pong and the gym. Location is ideal. Within walking distance of good restaurants & shopping. We enjoyed a bus tour of the city! We thought the amenities & parking fee were too expensive! Hopefully if we decide to visit this hotel again, we get less confusion on our bookings.

Great location. Great room. Parking was very convenient. We did not take advantage of any of the games or ameneties. The layout and look of the room made for an enjoyable visit. Quality of mattress was great. The pillows were on the firm side, almost too much. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. We will stay there again when we visit SF.
