The location was amazing and so close to so many attractions. Easy with the kids and the atmosphere was peaceful and nice with all the games the hotel has to offer. Room was very clean and large big enough for a family. No noise with the pier being close as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know. With having the kids the location was perfect and everything was in very close proximity! I will come back always!

We stayed at Hotel Zephyr for 4 nights and can’t recommend this hotel enough. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, it’s opposite Pier 39 & Fisherman’s Wharf as well as close to the Alcatraz tour boat. The hotel was very modern with a lovely size room. It has everything you needed in there including an iron and iron board. We didn’t have breakfast included but there is a ihop below the hotel what we took advantage of (staff in this branch were absolutely lovely, thank you guys!) there is coffee and tea facilities as well in the room what was great. The hotel also has a games room what was good, from a table tennis table, pool table and more. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area which has a few lovely fire places in the evening, the hotel also gives you a s’mores set to use by the fire what was a lovely touch. The only moan that we had during our stay was we thought the walls and door was very thin allowing a lot of noise into the room from other rooms. You could hear other doors shutting, the bell of the lift as well as traffic outside. We also found the air con to be very noisy. It would seem to turn off then when it turned back again it was as if a airplane engine had just started which resulted in us turning off the aircon a majority of the time what was annoying as you couldn’t open the windows to allow natural air into the room. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay and we loved our time in San Fran. It will hold a place in our hearts and we can wait to visit San Fran again and visit Hotel Zephyr as well.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zephyr. Perfect location right at Fisherman’s Wharf — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The place has a cool, creative vibe, and the outdoor courtyard with firepits and games is a great bonus. The room was clean, comfy, and well set up — good Wi-Fi, solid shower, and one of the better beds I’ve had in a hotel. Big shoutout to Junior at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help with dinner tips and late check-in details. Super friendly and genuine — he really made the stay stand out. Would definitely come back next time I’m in San Francisco.
