We have a 3 bedroom condo for Easter, the condo was great, great views of the ocean, and service was great, room was very clean and anything needed was very prompt. Highly recommend the Royal Palms for all your Myrtle Beach stays. Also Daquan at the front desk is second to none he is the best at taking care of quest.

I had a wonderful time at the Hilton Resort in Myrtle Beach on the last weekend of March 2026. Jeanine checked me in and made me feel very welcomed as I was attending a youth church conference in nearby Conway, S.C. The entire hotel is beautiful and the room was beautiful and very clean. The view of the Atlantic Ocean was beautiful as well. The beds were very comfortable. Michael checked me out and he had am excellent attitude as well. It is so necessary to have a staff that doesn't mind smiling when checking guests in. The guest service agent sets the time for how the stay may end up going. Thank you for hanging great staff members with great personalities. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score is because I realized that when I checked out and checked my emailed receipt later, one of the 3 rooms that I had, the rate had changed and wasn't correct, but. Jeff on the kipsu messenger app fixed it for me. Thanks again for a great stay.

"Royal Palms is not Hilton caliber"

We are a big Hilton family and have never had a problem with Hilton, but the Royal Palms in Myrtle Beach is absolutely disappointing and should not carry the Hilton name. We came down for three nights in March and rented a two bedroom oceanfront room. And we were extremely disappointed in how dated and rundown the room was at the high price point so then we went to the front desk and negotiated a three bedroom ocean view room and that was actually even worse. So given that all the large rooms were already taken, we were stuck and forced to go back to the original room because it was better of the two which if you saw it was extremely disappointing and just wow. The front desk said that they were disappointed in how many owners of the rooms do not update them. I will never stay at that building again. We stayed here because of the pictures online and even some of the websites that we looked at all said that these were refurbished rooms in the last year or so, but I guarantee that the rooms that we tried to stay in were not touched in 20+ years and we did not want to touch even the comforters.
