Great unit. Clean. Has three bedrooms, full kitchen with all amenities needed for cooking. Great ocean view. Updated. We did enjoy our time! Staff is friendly. Yjolanda and Tammy were great. They made sure our stay was satisfactory. I will definitely be coming back!

The reservation specialist said we would be in condo 802 and that was "a good thing because it was one of the condos that had been renovated". However, when we got there, the front desk had no idea what we were talking about and that we were booked for condo on the 11th floor. My wife has a fear of heights so even the 8th floor was a stretch but not the 11th. So they gave us the condo on the 3rd floor, which coincidentally was the same condo we've been in a few times over the past 10 years. Unfortunately time seemed to have stood still in that condo because the exact same worn-out furniture, bedding, and TVs as our previous stays. Even the kitchenware was exactly the same. It was like stepping off a time traveling device and nothing had changed in 10 years. We also had to watch the Super Bowl on a TV that was about 10 years old which was a problem since the broadcasting speed and quality of the picture has changed a lot in that time, and the TV could not respond correctly. Therefore there was always some low-resolution fuzzy stuff and pixelation going on. Thanks for that. We also noticed that the place had only been surface cleaned and when you looked closely you could see layers of dust on everything. No wonder I constantly sneezed the whole time we were there. The heat wasn't regulated properly either and we froze while trying to sleep with blankets so thin it was like using paper towels as a blanket. They charged us $20 to self-park our car in the attached parking garage, even though it was off season and the place deserted. They also charged us a "Resort fee" of $35, yet nothing was open seeing as it was off-season. What is that for anyway? Swimming in the pools? Using the hot tub? The entire hotel outside of the rooms had no heat, and it was in the 30s outside. Doing anything in those areas, including dining or sitting in the bar required that you kept your winter jacket on. The whole place seems like a money-grab to me. Over $100 in fees to stay for one night. A complete rip-off. They need to update this place or burn it down. It's not worth the money and we will never stay there again.
