AC working like tractor machine very noisy barely could sleep, and the windows from the balcony let all the wind in the room whole day. The toilet door did not have a lock. Very old faucets. But the view and location is amazing. Stuff is friendly. Just need some renovation on the facility.

Apart from the insufficient hand soap in the rooms, the fact that water and parking were not free, and the air conditioning systems being very noisy and inadequate, the hotel, like a large hotel chain such as Hilton, was quite nice. For example, the staff was wonderful, the location was great, and the size of the common areas was also very nice.

We stayed at the Myrtle Beach Hilton Resort during the Divan Center retreat, and everything was wonderful. The hotel and facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The staff was always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Housekeeping did a great job—our room was well organized, and the bed covers were changed twice during our five-day stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We truly enjoyed our time and would be happy to stay here again.
