i meet with tamie and vjolando , because i had to tell them how clean our unit was. and if we needed anything they were their to please, we also had breakfast at the restaurant and bogdon and machael were excellent we also talk to daquan the assistant manager , he checked us in... and made a big difference after a long trip to get to the hilton desk to check in at the royal palm

My friends and I had the best time at your resort. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food in restaurant was excellent. The Wet Whistle was so much fun with Bartender Ted! The food was excellent and service was great. The enclosure during the winter months made it comfortable and the views were excellent! Highly recommend a stay here. Shonda was excellent when we checked in and was very informative about the resort!!
