Pet Policy: Max 1 dog per room per stay, up to 25 lbs. Dog must be registered with the front desk at the time of check-in. Dog should be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and not in the restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. Your dog should not be left in your guest room unattended. Please make sure your dog is up to date on all vaccinations, with proof upon request.

Excellent stay at the Hôtel River Chicago. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful. Great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

"Small but mighty"

We stayed for the night before flying out of O'Hare. Centrally located in the city with nice views of the river. Bed was comfy but will note, was 2 twins pushed together. Shower was small but water was HOT! Loved the smell of the shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For a short stay in Chicago, I would absolutely stay here every time. Longer stays, id maybe need a bigger space but what we came for, it was wonderful. Also to mention- the staff were the most friendly and helpful I've encountered in a very long time. They were a delight

Nice place to stay But the valet it’s a little confusing And a little expensive $78 is a bit much for valet parking for one night Or they gave you the option to park three blocks down walk back to their place for $30. Why should I walk three blocks from where I’m staying? That was my only issue other than that nice place to stay very roomy. I have the two bedroom suite with the kitchen..

Omg. What a beautiful hotel. The view was incredible. We were in walking distance from basically everything. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks!!! :) 10/10!!!
