Pet Policy: Max 1 dog per room per stay, up to 25 lbs. Dog must be registered with the front desk at the time of check-in. Dog should be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and not in the restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. Your dog should not be left in your guest room unattended. Please make sure your dog is up to date on all vaccinations, with proof upon request.

Plenty of space in our room. The hotel was close to everything. All the staff were very friendly, and the room was in good condition. Checking in and out was very smooth and simple.

"Perfect Location"

This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Chicago. I had the Superior room with a view of the river walk. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave . The view was perfect to see the fireworks. The purpose of my stay was to see the fireworks for NYE and attend Chicago's Dick Clark NYE celebration. This was the perfect hotel for that event. I was able to walk to NYE celebration and watch the fireworks with the perfect view in front of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, shopping area and steps away from the river walk. I found the hotel employees to be helpful and kind. Also, if you plan on taking the Big Bus tour, the pick up is across the street from the hotel. The best part of this hotel is the location!! I also walked to the largest Starbucks in the world from the hotel. I will also list the cons for this hotel : hotel could use some updates with the shower and carpet in the rooms, but that is a small issue compared with everything you will get. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. ( the price was reasonable priced compared to the other hotels in the area)

The room was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Initially my tv didn’t work and the first night they told me they didn’t have time. I got txt a couple days in on what they could do. I told em about tv and it was fixed before I ever got back. Desk workers were very pleasant. I’d for sure stay here again. Central location.

Good — small room for brief visit — costly but location was fantastic — received room per request however based on web site wasn’t able to get discount at next door restaurant
