from Ripley's Believe It or Not! Orlando
The Orlando Odditorium appears to be sinking into one of Florida's infamous sinkholes. For over 40 years Robert Ripley, the modern Marco Polo and the real-life Indiana Jones, traveled the world collecting the unbelievable, the inexplicable and the one-of-a-kind. All of it is amazing and much of it extremely amusing. His collection is housed in over 27 museums in 10 countries. Each museum's collection is 90% unique and different. As Ripley's ghost says ..."Come in... look around... and see if you Believe It or Not!"

Nice to re-visit after 23 years when we took our 8 year old daughter. Today, we took our 7 year old grand-daughter. Being born and raised in Orlando since 1959, I know all the parks, like the back of my hand. Of course, the prices too. If you are curious, and like the odd and bizarre things this world has produced, Ripley's is for you. Just as 23 years have passed, my grand-daughter, also was anxious to see the next oddity. For the price in Orlando parks, personally, the best value. REAL odd things our world has produced. Interesting...and leaves you flabbergasted. No thrill rides. Just the thrill and amazement of things that are.....and what will boggle your mind. Nick Smith

"A Great Way to Spend a Few Hours!"
April 2018
My grandson (7-years-old) loves to look through Ripley's Believe It Or Not books. What better way to spend a few hours with him in Orlando, FL? He especially loved the hand-on things - trying to grab the gem was his favorite!!

Tip: All of the stuff is in the books, but it is fun to see it in person. A great way to spend some down-time.

So hard to please a 12 year old and he really enjoyed the visit! His mother and grandmother had a great time also. We were silly at times and yet we really looked at everything. It was especially fun to see a statue of Robert Wadlow, the tallest man, since he is from my home town.

4 adults with FL military discount was $71.00. I would of rather of lit the money on fire. What an absolute disgrace. Tiny building, half the exhibits were broken and we did it in less than 1 hour. Total tourist trap, that I fell for and I’m a local. Ferris wheel, wax museum and aquarium are much, much better to spend your money on.

Wanted to spend the day away from the Disney Hype and this was a great choice. It wasn't crowded and the price was reasonable. A couple of fun activities inside and great photo ops! Definitely recommend as an alternative to Disney.

Actually well suited for children and youngsters - lots of interesting interactive stuff to occupy young minds. The walking test upon exiting is very interesting and plays with your spacial senses. That was actually the best part of the exhibit.
