Conveniently located a short drive away from Universal Studios property, including Volcano Bay, Hotel Landy offers an affordable, clean and modern hotel in a premium location. With a range of facilities including outdoor pool and bar, this is a great base for families and friends alike. The first impressions were great - a large, open, airy lobby area with bar seating was incredibly inviting. The pool is visible directly behind the bar, slightly hidden by tasteful foliage. The mood lighting really set the scene for our late arrival, which was pleasing. I booked the room with a couple of weeks notice, and prepaid. On arrival, check in was effortless and took less than two minutes. Heading up to the room, I was pleasantly surprised by just how large it was. Even with two Queen sized beds, there was plenty of room for luggage and other personal artifacts. The beds were incredibly comfy, with extra pillows without the need to ask at reception. At the bedside were plenty of power outlets, as well as over on the vanity unit - great for recharging all of the devices I travelled with. The bathroom was clean and large with an abundance of storage space. We enjoyed the facilities at the poolside as a group of friends on a couple of the evenings, and had a great time. Even for April, it was not busy at all, and there were only ever a handful of other people making use at the same time. The bar offered great cocktails at a decent price, and these were able to be enjoyed on the loungers at the poolside. Location wise, you can reach MCO airport in under fifteen minutes, with the Universal parks being less than ten minutes drive. The Magic Kingdom was also fifteen minutes in a car, making for easy access to all of the theme parks in the central Orlando area. Even a trip to Disney Springs in an evening took us just twenty minutes - great and convenient when travelling with friends as there are plenty of eateries to relax and enjoy a bite together at. I highly recommend The Polite Pig if you’re a lover of BBQ meats and platters! All in all, Hotel Landy is definitely a property I can recommend. It’s rooms are clean, spacious and affordable, and offer an elevated space to relax during your (undoubtedly) busy trip to Orlando. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary while visiting Universal Studios. The location is convenient for the parks. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided a great home base for our trip. A huge thank you to the staff for making our stay extra special. We want to thank Renae and Tash at the reception, and Mariana at the coffee shop.

We really enjoyed the Landy Hotel. The staff was so delightful and always ready to help. The hotel has a beautiful pool, a nice restaurant, and a bar if you want to stay in for the night. The rooms are nice and roomy. I found the Landy Hotel to be a diamond in the rough. Very close to Universal Studios. We were actually referred by locals. I will be back! Finding a good hotel at a good price in Orlando can be tricky at best.

My husband and I stayed here following a business trip and we were so pleased! The hotel is cheerful and colorful with a nice outdoor area and good food. The staff was very kind and responsive. The room was spacious and very clean. And the bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows too!! We were very happy and felt it was a great value compared to other hotel chains around it. Very good proximity to the theme parks too. We would definitely recommend to any of our friends visiting the area.

I stayed at Hotel Landy for a business trip (February 2026) and it honestly surprised me—in the best way. It has that fun, boutique “vacation mode” atmosphere, but it still works perfectly if you’re here for work and need an easy, comfortable home base. The pool + jacuzzi area is a whole vibe: you’ll see everyone from “5-year-old living their best life playing lawn games” to “25–90 and lounging poolside with a drink.” There’s cornhole / lawn games, plenty of space to relax, and it feels lively without feeling overwhelming. They also have a bar open until 11, plus really solid food + drinks for a boutique hotel (not the usual sad hotel-menu situation). The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly the entire stay—check-in, questions, everything. Bonus points for the market on-site with the basics (snacks, drinks, quick grab-and-go items), and the location is super convenient—close enough to Universal/Orlando parks to get there fast, but far enough away to avoid the mayhem and keep the price reasonable. Overall: fun, easy, great atmosphere, and a legit good stay whether you’re here for work, a couple’s trip, or family time.
