"Great view in Toronto"

This hotel had many cons and one pro: location. If you're thinking you're booking a luxury room, you're not. The beds were decent but the bathroom and parts of the room need work. We had a great view of the CN tower and that was lovely. Some of the staff was nice and some not so nice.

"Lovely harbour hotel"

We stayed here for one night as the last night of a Group tour. We were so glad we did as it gave us a totally different impression of Toronto. Located next to the Harbour & the Amsterdam BrewHouse, we had an amazing view of the CN Tower. The bed was so comfy, we had the best nights sleep in a week. Would definitely stay again if we returned to Toronto as it was a perfect location to see the sites, very close to the Roger’s Centre & Roundhose area.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. It is on the Harbour front so has easy access to the amenities on the lakeside. It is a 5 minute walk to the CN Tower and Ripleys aquarium, and from the side of the aquarium is an entrance a part of The Path which takes you to the UP train station which is then very easy to get to the Airport. Across the street from the hotel is a little grocery store which is excellent. The hotel itself is very clean, Rooms are spacious, facing the harbour or the city. I found it very quiet at night. Bed was very comfy and the room temp was just right although easily adjustable. My only criticism are the coffee machines in the room, noisy and slow, but I asked for a kettle and this was provided very quickly. There is a fridge in the room, just for chilled stuff. I did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. Sadly the pool area was closed during my stay for cleaning but having used it on a previous visit, it also has good views of harbour and Tower ( lit up at night). I will definitely visit again when in Toronto.

"Excellent Location"

The hotel was in a fabulous location for sightseeing and visiting the Scotiabank arena, and there is a great view of the CN tower. The staff on reception were helpful and checked me in quickly. The room was spacious and I had everything I needed, I looked out onto the pool area which was unfortunately closed as it was still winter but I can imagine its lovely in summer. I had coffee and a muffin from the downstairs café which was very convenient.
