the hotel location was very nice specially for people who want to cross canada border plus all market and restaurants are nearby , breakfast was decent and free , size of room and size of bed was also very good. the worst thing about this hotel was that the sink , wash basin was not inside toilet it was inside room, how can some one use washroom and come without washing hands , how can some one hold door knob without washing hands , i used brush by teeth late night when my family was sleeping . they used to get disturbed .plus tub was un balanced i thing , they should have made a shower area only ,apart from wash room this hotel was very good, there hotel staff and environment was very good , service was excellent , ideal for family.

You get what you pay for. Room was clean bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok nothing to write home about but for price we paid we were happy . Hotel parking fee is nuts . Found out after you can park across road free . Room has fridge. In room you could hear people talking etc For price it’s good No bugs etc

We paid more than we normally pay for a room, but realize that prices are usually higher in well-visited tourist sites. For what we paid, we expected to find a clean room. That was not the case. We found a hair and mold in the shower. Dirt was obvious throughout the place. The window was smeared with something or other. Also, we had no bath towels. Luckily we noticed before one of us was ready to leave the shower. Additional complains: the room slept 4, but there were only two chairs. There was a bedside table for only two of the four.

The hotel might not be muck to look at, but it is clean, price is very reasonable, the hotel staffs are friendly n very helpful, they do serve breakfast, but still had a great time Location wise, very close to local shopping Plaza, n restaurants, all within less than 1 mile driving distance, even the Niagra Fall State Park is very close by too
