"Decent"

This is an older motel, from the 80s or 90s. Rooms could use updating, but things are clean. Outdoor pool is pretty nice. Wifi works well. Right across the road from the Stampede Dinner show. Denny's, Texas Road House, a deli, and an Indian restaurant all right across the parking lot.

Tip: older property could use updating, but clean and convenient

The hotel was very good. We did not have any issues at the hotel. The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel.

Very excellent experience with this hotel. The rooms are very clean, with plenty of room. We had a room with a fireplace, it had a very large bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The staff very extremely friendly and helpful. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in while in Pigeon Forge, would definitely stay there again, and recommend it highly. You can get to several restaurants all in the same lot without having to get on the parkway. Huge plus!

Tip: If you are looking for clean rooms and easy access to places, this is a nice place to pick.

We really had a great time while on vacation. The staff was very nice although be mindful they don’t speak a whole lot of English. They were friendly and very helpful and they always had a smile on their faces. The only down side to this hotel is that the beds were not all that comfortable, but overall that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time!

Tip: They don’t have an indoor pool and the beds are not that comfortable

My husband and I went for the week and was happy with the room . It was clean and smelled good. I wish the housekeepers cleaned our room earlier in the day. For sure we would stay there again.

Tip: You can walk to so many places and it was nice to take a walk after dinner and feel safe.

"Last minute find"

With very little time for an Anniversary getaway finding this Dollywood/Quality Inn combo made it the perfect weekend and didn't break the bank.. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel centrally located to everything making it an enjoyable walk around town. The Trolley was an added bonus stopping within feet of our hotel. I would gladly stay here again
